Jubilee has held extensive engagements with numerous interested parties on the best way to monetise the project. The project has attracted keen interest from both metal offtake backed funding as well as large multi-national copper producing entities interested to partner on the potential project.

You would think they have enough info to go ahead and complete the deal in December with the additional 19,000 truck loads been processed.

It makes me wonder if the partner is waiting on results from the pits and surrounding areas to buy the whole company out.

this binding and exclusive award of the slag project aims to process approximately 13 million tonnes of historical slag, estimated to contain 0.7% copper and 0.27% cobalt in addition to the current slag arisings. under the targeted jv, jubilee is exclusively appointed to design, implement and operate the new processing facility with the first right to fund the implementation of the project in collaboration with mcm.

the jv reflects jubilee's commitment to securing high-value waste resources containing copper and cobalt - metals that are critical to the green transition - and underscores the company's proven track record of the responsible extraction and utilisation of high-value waste resources.

the slag project of 13 million tonnes of historical slag, represents an exciting opportunity for jubilee to extract and process these valuable resources, estimated to contain 89kt of copper and 44kt of cobalt, in addition to current arising slag from the on-going mcm facility in mufulira. the copper grades within the slag are double those of standard tailings, providing an exceptional opportunity to extract maximum value from this significant resource.

Pillar 3 - Processing of surface stockpiles and tailings: Large Waste Project

§ An independent resource review of the near 240Mt Large Waste Project is progressing on target with further infill drilling expected to commence during Q3 FY2026 as part of the development of the detailed ore reclamation plan

§ External project leaders have been appointed to drive the project implementation with near final designs on track for completion by end of Q3 FY2026

§ Jubilee has agreed with a potential project partner to commence with a large scale trial on the stockpiles and tailings to confirm final proposed commercial terms. The trial is expected to be concluded during Q3 FY2026.

Resources update is what will send the share price up .Productivity will increase on new processors added and Roan front end added to production.

Sit back and wait I have faith in Jonny .

It will be not if but when we will see deals coming through.

The Chinese and Americans were abit late in the exploration licences and will have to pay through joint partnerships or buy the mines.

Or Take the company over.

How much would a company pay for all its assets .

The future looks good just need to see the first deal to come through.

I look forward to the next few RNS and a update on it drilling results with JLP.

Iam already in profit here and expect to see a serious uplift once resources and drill results come out.

Both companies will be taken out if Jubilee is first then you will see a substantial uplift in the other.

Iam hoping the company has enough support to stop any takeover as Iam after the dividend after losing my 10% dividend when I3e got taken out.

6 weeks before interim will we get news before hand I hope so.
