RNS 31 July 2015 formal You can find it on ciccfund announcements
Jin Ce gold project located near China's second largest gold mine operation, Jinfeng, formally owned by Sino Gold Mining Limited now Eldorado Gold Corporation. A Canadian NI43-101 Technical Report on the Jin Ce gold project was completed in January 2010 by CIC Mining Resources and is available from Sedar. Advisory services are also being provided to Guizhou Jin Ce Mining Co. who co-won the Jin Ce mine
Macnai you will find this was way before our time and stewie was the major shareholder. whats happen to the mine which we should still have which was announced in 2015?? A thought for you all When cicc sells its holding in cicgold mining and cicc capital (expectations 10-15p sale price ) due to these assets already being owned by ordinary shares shareholders,my expectation will be a dividend for both will be paid to those who still have their ordinary shares and havent converted into B shares. One may find a substantial dividend on this plus the gold mine Whats your thoughts!!
Did anyone vote on the consolidation as I only heard of it last week on here and have seen no announcements till yesterday. What it should had said was the major shareholder had voted to consolidate the shares
Are we better off being in the B shares and receiving future dividends or the ordinary shares( dont forget a past bonus share distribution is still to be allocated in several companies for those who have ordinary shares . Whats the benefits in still being in the ordinary shares??? Listing B shares may happen before ordinary shares on lux stock exchange. All looks exciting for those who will wait a few more years. But if you want to consolidate into B shares the company doesnt reply to emails and therefor you could be stuck in limbo for a time.
I have also opened a share account with HL,waiting to tranfer the shares from Barclays. Have asked SB twice by email what holding I have and what do I need to do to exchange to B shares. No response in 4weeks.
Thanks for the update.
But how long will we have to wait??
those that are converting . have any of you received your new share certificates .
Good luck and a prosperous New year Merry Christmas and humbug to you all .
Listing expected in January .I will believe it when I see it!! Question It states we can convert our shares and convert them back. I would assume any company that comes to market we would lose any allocation of shares if we are in the listed shares.Little info if you sold your shares and then brought them back at a lower price wether you can still convert. I would assume stuart wife has high maintenance stamped on her purse. I see cicc limited have been pinching the listed other cicc clients with a note on the fsa website stating another company with the same name is not the same company.lol Does any one know how many shares stuart will still have in cicc capital
I want to see something official in whats going on and why I need to provide for replacement certificates. Remember we are still waiting on our shares from 3companies which the CEO thought we had already received. Not Stuart Also on here will be just a few shareholders . Plus it doesnt cost 57 to issue new certificates from a company!'!
like wise. temptation will only come if I move to another broker,so will wait and see how it pans out as the past as a investor has been lots of this and that will happen and then never happen.
no christmas present this year. havegun did stuart say anything about our free shares from previous RNSes.when we will be getting them any shareholder who sells when relisted will still be entitle to them.
Exciting times ahead. Considering most had written this off. If they can list several companies then we could do very well. Cicgold Interesting to see how this develops in the next few years
You also wished to enquire about international trading, as 2 of your holdings are relisting to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. As we discussed, in line with our Group strategy to simplify our operations, this is no longer a service that we provide, as we currently focus on developing our UK investments and trading services. I'm genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We understand that the changes being made are not going to suit all of our customers, & for that reason we have decided to waive all exit & closure fees, should you wish to transfer out. Therefore if you do wish to leave us, then no fees will be imposed. As mentioned, we would be sad to see you go however I would like to take this opportunity to wish you well in all of your future endeavours and thank you for choosing Barclays throughout the years. I was told their would be no charge to complete a transfer to another company due to them not having the trading platform.Just waiting for the new shares and then iam off to a company who can. No rush as Iam here for the longer term.
in your conversation with SB did you ask him what is happening with the shareholders dividend shares which should had been issued under his tender in 2014/2015 sino etc .
What's the rush. Some will think you will be selling as soon as you can deal. Iam waiting until the share certificates are in my account before moving.
