As far as what you think you `get` about me and the chart stuff, which I`m guessing is something to do with years of losses, let me throw you a curved ball.
Most of the financial losses I suffered were due to me investing far too much of my hard earned in a company called NXT, they invented flat panel speakers which at the time were thought to be a unicorn in the making taking the speaker world by storm, and my intention was to have retired long ago...they went bust!
Major lesson learned.
So I decided to start learning to trade using technical analysis, thats when my fortunes started to change and have since recovered those losses, slowly at first but faster now.
I now have several long term `investments` which I trade in and out of, because if you concentrate on just a few you get to know the sentiment of market participants, and can trade in and out using the charts with much more confidence.

You don`t get ANYTHING with the chart stuff, by your own admission, so don`t talk nonsense...again!

Ha ha ha, yeah I wish it was that easy. Its taken me 20 years of losses to be able to trade more successfully these days, and its all generally in my pension SIPP so not straight forward to `download` the money in to a deposit account.
Still building for my full retirement, maybe in the sun in a couple of years.
But who knows the way things are going these days with Govts around the world obsessed with killing anyone older than 60 to bring the over population of the world down to a manageable level.
Limited resources and too many mouths to feed means that those that actually run the world have ordered world leaders to reduce the population!
World population grows by a `net` 120,000/day...every day!

Panic sellers will be wanting back in after finding out that the company is functioning in a normal way, and that more drill results will be incoming this side of the y/e

Sounding a bit wounded there hives, did I school you on chaos theory as well as charting?
I don`t just make observations, I also make successful trades...ask Girdz about POLX, I made a quick smash and grab trade, all recorded on here prior to the move, made 35% in about 3 hours!!
Not a bad stab in the dark eh?
I think Girdz was the only one who lost on them.

Oh since then I`ve also sold DVRG at 28p, bought them back at under 23p, then sold them again at 30.25p....all on the charting signals.
Just a couple of recent bread and butter trades to keep my portfolio alive and well.
And just before that I predicted DEV to go from 33p to 39p within two weeks...it only took one week so I got that wrong...happily, so I sold the shares I had bought at 33p for 38.5p and they then fell back to as low as 27.5p which incidentally have just had a strong bounce today, up 9% and worth having a look at...serious potential over there, and yes that is a prediction!
I`m a LTH at DEV so was just trading in and out with small amounts to either increase my holding or take profits for other trading.

The more I practice this malarky the luckier I seem to get with my stabs in the dark..nothing to do with charting knowledge though.....must be all the carrots I eat!!

Now we have a `bullish engulfing` pattern, two candles at the bottom of a mini downtrend.
The first red candle was the MM`s dropping the sp trying to find sellers, which broke the boundaries of the triangle...on low volume.
Then they tried to shake out more sellers and triggering stop losses this morning by printing low trades around 9:30am, trades of 178 shares for £3.60, 300 for £6.07, and 200 for £4.05.

So this afternoon the buying started to increase and the closing candle completely engulfed yesterdays red one, both in wicks and real body, rejecting yesterdays and todays brief attempt to scare weak holders, and closing above yesterdays open.
A classic `bullish engulfing` pattern, which is a strong reversal signal, particularly as it was accompanied by higher volume ie back to the daily average compared to the last 3 sessions which were all less than half the daily average.

If price stays above todays close in the following sessions it should trigger a strong move and a gap close next week would be pretty much nailed on.
Needs to stay above midway of todays green body at c2.15p...signs suggest it will do that!

Ooh look, a flurry of decent buys at the 50 ema zone and a bounce off the 2.1p support/resistance level!
Wow...who could possibly have `predicted` that without any new news!
Oh wait a minute, it was me after yesterdays close!!! Wow, I`ve either got a secret band of followers, or a hotline direct to Mystic Meg!

The good news is that the sp looks to have reacted to the now rising 50 ema, and has closed just above the strong support/resistance level at 2.1p.
Should see a few value buyers coming in at the 50ema and 2.1p support level in the next couple of sessions so the 2.8p gap target is still up for grabs as a 30% profit trade.

There you go hives, a live example of how traders think and react to certain indicators on the chart.
Must have been one of my lucky guesses where eventually I`ll get one right!

BTW I didn`t make a `prediction`, I made an observation of a developing pattern...with caveats, read my posts again re the AT and tell me if you read the bits where I said `if the pattern completes` etc....thats not a prediction.
Unfortunately for the uneducated like you, you probably wouldn`t be able to tell the difference.

hives, DM me and I`ll give you my bank details, you can then put £250 in my account and I`ll put together a file and probably call it something like...erm..`basic charting for 12 year olds`, and send it through to you.
Then when you`ve worked and slogged your way through it by this time next year I`ll do another one for up to 16 year olds for another £250.
Then when you`ve worked through that I`ll hold your hand and talk you through one trade to get all your money back!

I see there`s some panic monkeys out in force, making matters worse..all flapping and squawking like concerned seagulls above one of their buddies thats been hit in the traffic!!
Calm down dears, like some of the more cool headed amoungst posters here my view is that the good ship `ECR Victoria` is still afloat, still carrying its cargo, but have unfortunately lost its very dear departed, and very capable Captain.

I`ve been in ECR for about 4 years, just as they were putting their plans into action regarding their approach to Victoria, and being granted the licenses at Bailieston and Creswick etc.
At that time they were still active in Argentina with the SLM project, which Craig subsequently let go in a good production royalties deal of up to $2.7m, along with (seperately) selling the exploration licenses at Avoca, Moormbool and Timor to Fosterville South for an up front $500k, and a A$1 for every ounce resource indicated and A$1 for every ounce produced deal worth up to A$2.5m...all in order to focus on Victoria.
I don`t need to go on listing Craigs achievements within ECR, setting everything up as it stands today, but one thing`s for sure, and that is that ECR Minerals is a completely different, and much more advanced exploration Company within Victoria now than it was then, with a huge amount of drilling data and plenty of clues that there is a cargo of gold in the hold of the ship.
The `disappointing` drilling that plenty of punters here keep worrying about gets explained every time they produce drilling results....they are trying to map each area to be able to show the structures etc, so they are drilling across as opposed to drilling straight down shutes to please those just wanting massive grades, Craig was definitely thinking `big picture`, and the rest of the team know what he was doing.
Also, on a seperate note, some may have forgotten....
*Finally, included within the MGA Tax Return for the year ended 30 June 2018, MGA has carried forward corporate income tax losses of A$66,203,862 (approximately £35.5million) in respect of historical losses which are available for carry forward.

They have also been getting 6 figure R&D Tax refunds, which I presume will continue.
My average here for a long time was 0.7p, and over the years I`ve added on any dips if possible, building a position.
My average is higher now, not by too much, and I`m sitting on a decent amount. But I`m fkd if I`m going to let the MM`s and some panic sellers get me to throw in the towel after such a voyage.
There`s a lot to be decided in the board room, because Craig had a lot going on, like spinning plates whilst juggling...so I`d prefer if they sat down and come up with the right decisions once they have assessed the whole picture, and set a new course to see out Captain Browns visionary destination.
The seas have got a bit choppy with restricted visability, but like any storm it will pass, & calmer seas will open up in to a clearer heading.
