Well they can`t really deny that the new company exists because its there on Companies House for all to read.
Its what they are planning to do with it thats the unknown at the moment.

Following completion of the fundraise on 23 July 2021, with approximately £10.2 million of net proceeds, Bidstack is now well capitalised to exploit the commercial opportunities it currently has and to pursue its growth strategy

The second half of the current financial year has started well and in line with our expectations.

Since the period end Bidstack has onboarded a number of new games including Nordeus' flagship football management game, Top Eleven, T-Bull's classic car driving simulation game Racing Classics PRO: Drag Race & Real Speed, Motionlab Interactive's multiplayer PDC Darts Match and Suji Games' animated simulation game Hyper Airways. The Directors expect a number of further games to join Bidstack's roster in the second half.

Bidstack's growth is reflected in its portfolio rising to over 30 games and a growing roster of premium brands. With improving visibility of the sales pipeline, the Directors believe the Company has strong revenue prospects for the second half, as the existing roster of advertisers rebook with growing spend and business development efforts come to fruition.

Agreed Hives, remember the `conspiracy` accusations that went round last year where someone layed out the whole scam alledgedly involving TW and his crew. Then TW blew a fuse and said he was going to sue? I wonder what happened to that case, it has disappeared and as far as I know he did no more about it...what a surprise!
I think it was linked to PIRES, who had a vested interest in another in-game ad stock, a smaller one..Admix or Adverty or?
Helx is part of that crowd who wanted to trash talk Bids out of existence so that they would get a bigger piece of the gaming ads pie.
Well one thing is for sure whatever helx says...they failed, because Bids has never been in a stronger place!

DrAim, he never bought any shares in the first place.
He was a paid plant (deramper) all along under the guise of a disgruntled shareholder....`I bought in here but now I`m worried etc`, you know the old gag.

He then went on a crusade of 3800+ sarcastic one liners, never anything technical or knowledgeable about gaming or advertising, just hammering Bids and JD in to the ground up to 20 times per day!! I`m not making it up, just check his history.

He`s been a paid poodle from day one pretending to be a shareholder, its obvious, because whenever the sp goes blue or has had a good bounce in the last two years he goes off the radar...strange behaviour for a so called shareholder.

You would think that every day that passes now diminishes any chance of a December trading update?

No mention of the maths involved whether guidance is met 10% of bla de bla!
Just scaremongering trying to plant a subliminal seed in peoples minds that every day that passes reduces the chances of meeting revenue `expectations`.

That was the best bit of wriggling I`ve heard since Boris`s of Johnson tried to claim there wasn`t a party in number 10 last xmas, while also saying he wasn`t there!!!

You know the old game Helx2, they come out of the woodwork stretching the truth...`VERY leaky ship so lets face it now at 1.7 odd`...ha ha ha, erm there`s no evidence of this being a leaky ship, and at the time of that comment the sp was closer to 1.8...and still is!

Eeerrr, last years was on the 17th Dec...and it announced Bids beating expectations!

They were always going to come out to play as the MM`s drop the sp slightly on `very thin` comparative volume.
