The other thing I would point to is that this is not really a charting stock, although a small amount of traders will sell at certain levels, in this instance the early sellers were at the falling 50ema, they are just short term 15%-20% ers.
This is more of a fundamentals driven share, news driven, so even though certain levels can be identified it wouldn`t be a great share to rely on the chart to make a few quid.

Mid cap established shares are more suited to charts, particularly within a rising trend waiting for buying opportunities on the dips, down to a rising trend line or rising 50ema.

It now looks like those sellers jumped too early, as the sp has now gone through the opening price....which was a significant gap up on yesterdays close.
The average daily volume was exceeded in the first 10 minutes this morning, and now sits at about 3x daily average, so the market likes it.

I can see the optimism continuing after these results have permeated through the market, and wouldn`t be surprised if we hit 1.4p-1.5p as early as tomorrow, or if not then next week with the anticpation of further assay results in the near future.
I`m not predicting it set in stone, but you do sometimes get a lag, or delayed reaction to positive news flow.

I`d prefer someone who concentrates on the technical side, and doesn`t get over excited when things good, or bad, just reports the facts.

I now think you are just one of the Bids bashing brigade, probably from the same stable as helx....a paid deramper in the T Winnifroth camp.

You know that Bids are growing in to this IGA world of exponential growth, and Bids are positioned on the front row of the GRID...see what I did there!

Your desperate attempts to pour cold water on the inevitable rise just comes across as desperate and worried.
You also know that you can`t stop the news flow...any new RNS from Bids, at any time will blow the sp out of the water.
You make fake claims with no evidence, you make speculative guesses as to funding without knowing what the real situation is...ie you don`t know what income is coming in to the coffers!
You`er a paid Bids basher, and when the sp explodes you`ll pretend that you bought in low and that you`ve made a fortune.

You`re a fake just like helx, paid by the same bunch of frauds.

· Cash balance at 31 December 2021 up 202% at £7.1m (31 December 2020: £2.3m)

They wont need £10m with the exponential rise in revenues accelerating by the month.

£5m at 4p at the time of the half year report in Sept.
That will take them through to the bumper £25m revenues 2023 year.

Ok, lets pretend that your imaginary amount, at your imaginary price, in your imaginary time frame was to happen.

Todays Mcap is £27m, with lets say...£3m in the bank, disregarding any income since Jan.
So if they raise £10m at 2p the sp would be taken down to 2p, which at todays share issue the Mcap would be c£18m!
Then you take into account a dilution of a further 500m shares added to the issue it would take the mcap down to £12m.....with £13m in the bank alone!..... thats without the $30m two year deal kicking in full steam ahead, and of course income from all the other current live deals, partnerships, 100 publishers and counting, and new games being announced on a regular basis.

So thats why I said that the risk/reward case to buy these anywhere below 3p is a no brainer, and why I said `all things considered`.
It would be such an attractive buy at 2p that it would hardly stay that low for a morning session anyway after the result of your imaginary fundraise was finalised and announced.
The chances of getting in anything below 2.5p for the general public would be difficult at best with the inevitable massive volume days in the hundreds of millions.
So why wait for the mayhem when you can just buy now, tuck them in to your investment account, and sit back for 6-12 months for the multibags!

All this assuming that your imaginary guess turns out to be a lucky one.
If your amount ie £10m is wrong, your price at 2p is wrong, or your timeframe of the next couple of weeks is wrong, then all of the above circumstances would have to be recalculated!

The risk/reward calculation doesn`t change that much if your holding horizon is more than a few inches from the end of your nose.

If you can see past that then its a no brainer.

Green boxes working overtime on this extended jubilee weekend, must be worried about getting well in to June with all the panic posting going on.

The bashers wont stop the news flow, and the longer its been since the last RNS means the closer its getting to the next one.....and JD does love to spring surprises!
Risk/reward at these ludicrously low valuation levels, all things considered, makes a great case for investing, whether it be in a SIPP or an ISA, ...or just a punt for a couple of months in to the significantly H2 weighted revenues period....you just know Azerion are going to be on fire!!

What else could be announced I wonder!?!?

How are Bids going to fund themselves?
Well this should help.

Allbran, you are continuously lying in just about every post.
What you do is formulate an imaginary scenario, a guess...speculation, whatever you want to call it, then post it on here as `inevitable`!

You spend too much time focusing on history, and profits...and any negatives that any start up company would most likely experience in their first few years of development.
Any financial adviser will emphasize that with all investment vehicles, supported by an official disclaimer, past performance can not be relied upon as a gauge of future results

Potential and sentiment are very strong drivers in stock market terms, as evidenced by my pointing to the Tesla example, which you choose to avoid commenting on.
I`ll ask again, what do you think drove the share price up to a Mar cap of £80m in 2019? They had virtually zero income at that time other than £140k in test spends, so why did the market value this net new ads company so highly back then?

What is ovious is that you are so desperate and worried that you`ll post anything to try to get some negative sentiment going.

You talk about profitability as if no company has ever had a share price that doesn`t exactly represent their balance sheet with sliderule accuracy.
Don`t you understand how the stockmarket works?

What do you think drove the share price to the highs of 2019 at around an £80m Market cap? It was `potential` and the hype that went with the net new ad category within gaming, traders and early investors weren`t getting their sliderules out and shouting `yeah but` regarding profitability!
At that time Bids didn`t have a pot to pss in....or a window to throw it out of!
Just goes to show how irrational the market can be, particularly the AIM market...the casino.
It can also be irrational the other way, like todays ludicrously cheap valuation considering the progress made in a few short years.

Take your Elon Musks Tesla, at some point last year IIRC the Tesla share price valued the company so big that at the then rate of income it would have taken 1600 years to justify!!

You keep on lying about things to try to hogwash those that can`t be bothered to research the facts, like costs going up at the same rate as revenues.....wrong!

Final results for y/e Dec 2021, announced April 2022....

Revenue up 53% at £2.6m (FY20: £1.7m);
Gross margin improvement to 36% (FY20: 13%), associated with scaling and improving quality of revenue;
· Gross profit up 321% at £0.95m (FY20: £0.23m) - in line with market expectations;
· Loss after tax of £6.2m (FY20: -£6.3m) - in line with market expectations; and

So your imaginary lies continue, but it just makes you sound desperate and worried.

Allbran, I know what the CEO does, he increases the revenues exponentially, partnerships, games count, new additions like in-menu ads format, works tirelessly with the IAB, increases publishers to now 100 and counting...etc etc.

You are now speculating (lying) that a fundraise will be only a few weeks away...ha ha ha ha, unbelievable, don`t forget that monies are coming in to the coffers, revenues, it all contributes to the turnover.
From £140k full year in 2019, to £1.7m in 2020 (exceding market expectations), to £2.6m in 2021...up 53%....so regardless of the commentary by the Bids bashers on figures, can you see the trend here, its up up up.

Expectations are for revs of £8.8m in `22, and explosive growth in `23 to £25m!!!
Thats some progress from 140 grand on test spends going in to 2020...awesome growth for a net new ad category AIM start up company.

I think he deserves a payrise with growth like that, and any other company CEO on AIM would be entitled to the same.
So don`t try to fool everyone that JD is not worth his wages, he has taken the company from a vision to a reality, and is only going to get bigger from here on.

The snowball is rolling.
