Fildzofgold, dont forget to consider where we would be if Azerion didn't spit their dummy out. If they'd have just carried on making good revenues for themselves instead of getting greedy and wanting exclusive rights to the whole world of IGA that Bids were planning on targeting then we, and they, would be in a much better place. AZ were only operating in Europe.

Its Azerion who have engineered this haitus, and once its all resolved we can get back on track...especially with the USA team revenues increasing.

Here comes the panic monkeys posts now that the price has stopped dropping.

There was always going to be a bounce from the oversold level...good buyers coming in today taking advantage of the fake drop.

Start of the recovery.

Nobody loses money unless they sell at a loss, or they hold till the end and a company goes out of business....you dopey plank!

If Azerion hadn't got the ump and just carried on making money the Bids share price would be trading at significant multiples of today. Simples.

Helx has been wrong as often as he's been right, he just likes to forget about the wrongs!

The times he said..for example at 6p, that it was going to 4p, only to see it go up to 7.5p a week later...or dozens of similarly wrong short term predictions, you haven't got enough fingers and toes to count them all...but he doesn't want to hear about them.

He's just guessing, and could never have foreseen Azerion getting the ump, which is the reason we are where we are.

The best one was about 18 months ago when he was doing his usual doom and gloom prediction saying that the price was going to half.....the following morning Bids made an announcement via RNS and the price went up 125% that day!!!

But here's the thing, as a 'shareholder' you would expect him to be celebrating, but no, he disappeared for a week or two until the excitement died down a bit and a few profit takers started to cash in their quick bounty and price turned down a little...then he piped up again!

He's guessing, sometimes right, sometimes wrong...and without Azerion getting p'ssd off, which he could not have predicted unless he sits on the AZ boardroom, he'd be wrong this time aswell!

Not sure about the AGM Helx2, just thought I'd throw in some positivity as this chat forum has been over run with green band posts lately, no doubt frothing at the mouth about the current gltch in the journey.

Bids, and particular James Draper, haven't spent the last 5 years or so developing this brilliant technology only to throw in the towel just as the gaming ads sector is starting to bloom.

On Monday morning Deepverge (DVRG) announced they were going in to administration, saying that...

DeepVerge plc is not a trading company and has no operating revenues. It currently has around £0.2m of net liabilities, and further liabilities, including those relating to the Group audit, are expected to crystallise shortly.

Bids are nowhere near that stage, with £2m in revenues for the lesser H1...without Azerion...and £xxx still in the bank, although the bashers would love to pretend that they are finished!

This oversold and over trash'talked situation is getting too tempting for a top up, as some are clearly doing with todays blue trades.

Azerion getting all bent out of shape and throwing their toys out has probably put progress back about 12 months from the time they cancelled the contract, and we don't yet know how much of the booked invoices will eventually be paid up.

Like I said before, £2m in revs for H1 compared to £2m in 2022 without AZ is not too shabby, and shows that the company is doing what it said re 'other' sales channels....

The prior year comparison included a minimum revenue guarantee which contrasts with the high quality of commercial revenue generated through the Company's internal sales team this year;

As we go in to H2, which has always been more weighted towards higher revenues, it looks nailed on that Bidstack plc will be fine going forward....the in-game ads sector is only just gaining traction with ads agencies and publishers seeking to monetise this new form of advertising, and Bids have done all the hard yards building the network to the point where even the automatic open market place is now starting to generate income.

Its not going to stop all of a sudden just because Azerion dont like it!!

Bids have a significant team in place to build the US revenues, so this next 6 months will be very interesting to see how much growth is created, and once the AZ situation is resolved it will also be interesting to see if someone else comes in to take over their slot in providing Bids with European deals.

The lucrative in-game ads space is not going to go backwards from here, and Bids are still in a technologically prime position to take advantage...with a little help from a loan provider whilst the Q3 court case with AZ runs its course.

2024 should be a cracking year!

The 'obvious' fly in the ointment is the Azerion deal. And until it is resolved there is always going to be what the market persieves as uncertainty.

Apparently its coming to a head in Q3 sometime...we are now in the start of Q3.

Revenues are still flowing, the open market is live, the company is still operating as normal in that it is continuing its planned functions....there's still money in the bank to operate with.

The ads market within gaming is still growing, and Bidstack are still a main player.

This blip is all about Azerion and the court case, they cancelled the contract in January, and Bids have still booked £2m revs since then...without AZ, that can only grow from here. Last years revs would have been nothing without AZ.

£2m is not bad for the H1 period compared to previous years...going alone, (without Azerion) and now we enter the H2 period which has always been the 'weighted' period of the year.

The loan facility would be a wise move to bolster the financial runway in order to take the company past the current speedbump in the journey!

He trawls these chat rooms like CINE and PURP and now BIDS telling everyone what idiots they are, claiming to be such a master of prediction (whilst only targeting shares in a falling trend) and absolutely hammering anyone who invested in companies with potential as long as the price is still falling...without mentioning the global big picture etc.

He must have had a bad time in his youth, maybe bullied, who knows?

But he seems to now be getting his revenge for his desperate early life by sitting behind his anonymous keyboard and delivering excessive misery, and venomous hatred for anyone who has actually invested in what they believe to be a good prospect for the future.

He loves to dig the knife in, and turn it...a very questionable character indeed.

He's not commented here since 2021, but now sees an opportunity to strike...whilst some on here might be hurting...and has gone in to a frenzy of frothing at the mouth excitement at other expense!

But here's the thing...in his all time total of 86 posts he has never put out a recommendation to buy any share...read them, he never tips a share to go up, or suggests a good buy opportunity, all he does is jumps on others disappointment if things aren't going to plan!!

He's a scumbag punk with no backbone, he would never recommend anything because he's not strong enough to be wrong!

He gets his faux strength from sitting behind his anonymous keyboard giving everyone else hell.

I'm glad I'm not him!
