So if you scroll down the page you'll see details of how to contact the Share Registry in London, which I did, I phoned them.

The lady I spoke to checked a couple of systems they use and they all came back as showing 135.74m.

She did say at the end of the call without me asking specifically, that if it says 'on or about' in the RNS then that is just a guideline.

Spodulike, its good to have a respectable conversation with someone who disagrees with some of my views, without any insults, swear words or other juvenile slants on my views. It's appreciated.

All I'm doing is trying to bring some reality to the situation having been involved in the stock market for a couple of decades.

I once tried to tell Solgold (Solg) holders that it was time to sell after a staggering run up from 3p to 40p, that it was time to sell and take profits because the rising trend line had finally been breached...and I got dogs abuse!!

One clown tried to make out that I was living in my Mothers cellar with my only companion being a sex doll!

The fall in Solg continued and they are now sitting at 7p.

Exactly, its a risk/reward gamble down here, but a no nonsense investment 'if' the deals are completed.

Professionals would rather pay 4p when the deals are confirmed, and if they do confirm good terms on both deals then 10p would be doable.

Proposed and 'could' and 'if' are the reasons for that.

Until the final signing and the details of deals are revealed then its all ifs buts and maybe's.

I'm not saying that sentiment wont take the share price higher than the cash in bank, but to read earlier someone claiming that 12p is incoming is just ludicrous and ridiculous ramping, with no basis in reality considering what the company has officially stated to the market at this point.

Well the valuation lies within the milestones being met with Oncogeni, so no guarantees.

And Equity in Pleiades relies on them doing well, so no guarantees.

So the only calculations that can be made in the near term are the upfront cash payments in both deals, should they complete...and is anybody's guess at this point how much that will be.

Market cap, and therefore share price is not determined by potential, on any share, it's determined by guaranteed cash in the bank first, then potential sentiment to give a level of + or - either side of that as the market participants are prepared to accept, ie risk/reward.

Potential $23m coming into the company within 2-3 months so that’s is c. £18m - hamilton

I note you use the word 'potential'...which coincidentally the company also use that word about cash coming in on the Lyramid deal...

Also with the Oncogeni 'proposed' sale at $12m, this cash consideration is to be made up of an upfront payment followed by milestone payments, so could drag out for years.

So it will be nowhere near having £18m in the company coffers within a few months...it'll be some cash, some shares in Pleiades, and some milestone payments from Oncogeni...if these deals get completed!

Market cap = shares in issue x share price.

The shares in issue will increase tomorrow...will the share price increase to balance it out so that the Mcap stays the same as today?

Spod, I do like the potential, but it is a micro cap company.

Just watching with interest at this point, balancing all pro's and cons.

Sp still looks a bit hesitant to me.

Gamblers will take a punt, but professional traders and investors will wait for confirmation of deals signed. They would rather pay 3.5p on confirmation than 2p as a gamble.

Uncertainty is the key word, as ever in the stock market.

I've seen it many many times where shareholders get all frothing at the mouth about 'potential' deals being signed, only to be devastated when the buyer has issues raising the funds...or other set backs.

UNCERTAINTY is what the market hates!

Well yeah, but we all know that nothing is guaranteed until it is announced...and until then the market will remain in uncertainty mode.

The MM's have to recalculate the price to accomodate the share price accordingly with the increased shares in issue.

What happens on Friday when almost 20m shares are added to the shares in issue...at 1.5p?
