These smoke and mirror, delayed when its not requested, misleading manipulation and misrepresentation of data type tactics by these faceless f`ing greedy a*******es makes my blood boil. They are all listed as sells, on this day that`s the first day of the new tax year, with permit news expected at some point reasonably soonish! All sells.....yeah right! Just shows how they are misleading everyone, your buy shows as a sell...they`ve been doing that for weeks!! Good buy, I think you`ll do well with that one.

I`d prefer to see a 43p low with a gradual gain from there backing up what appears to be much confidence by MC in his presentation. It would also stay within the rising trend line with its origin being just over 2 years ago. I know some will say `we`ve been confident for years`...but this does sound like the Nicaraguan Govt are keen to get this ball rolling asap, where as before they knew they couldn`t sign permits without major issues regarding the locals. The World bank want it to go ahead, the British Ambassador wants it to go ahead, Jim Mellon, Ross Beaty, and Mark Childs want it too. Post year end, we were pleased to announce that the Joint Venture between Modern Water and Northumbrian Water was awarded an Advance Works Contract by H.M. Government of Gibraltar. This covers the design and survey works required to achieve final planning and environmental approvals for the design, build and operation of a wastewater treatment plant. On final award, Modern Water will be responsible for the design and build of the treatment plant and Northumbrian Water will be responsible for operating and maintaining the plant for 20 years post-build. ************************************* So this is an Advance Works Contract, to cover design and survey works required to get to the point where final planning and environmental approvals are reached in order to start the full design, build and operation of the plant. Once this contract is completed the next stage will be to get the Final Award Contract, to go ahead with the design and build of the Plant. The stage MWG are in at the moment is survey, and to satisfy environmental impact approvals as well as preliminary site works. I can`t see them doing that work for nothing, so stage payments from now on would be my best guess as part of MWG`s �22m full contract. Also in the results RNS Gibraltar Waste Water Treatment Plant: full contract commences during 2018. So they are all planning to start the full build contract this year...and we`re already in Q2. There will be plenty of RNS updates to come on all of MWG`s contracts and interests across the world, but one I`m going to be keen to see will be the Final Award Contract for the Gibraltar Waste Water Treatment Plant, and some investors may be waiting for that to be announced before they bail in. I thought I read somewhere that the Plant is planning to be operational by 2020, can`t find it now, but if that`s the case then things should be happening at a decent pace behind the scenes...and being payed for! Maybe why they only thought it necessary to go to the bank for a relatively small loan, just to make sure all mechanisms are sufficiently `greased` to go ahead without delay.

That was quite an extreme reaction to a backward looking loss, the months ahead could be exciting again after this short term over reaction is history. The issue of providing clean water for citizens is a massive headache for Governments all over the planet. Modern Water have the early experience, patents, foreseeable new contracts and progress ongoing re Gib contract enough to grow in to a significant company, with there high tech patented solutions and Govt approval. By the way, am I on the wrong company or didn`t we get a $500k Govt backed project to explore the Graphene possibilities in some way with Manchester University....or have I just gone past my tolerance with the Easter red vino! Maybe it was a requirement of the Govt that CNR showed a `happier` bank balance in order for them to feel more satisfied about funding for moving forward, short and medium term at least...thus providing lubrication for the ink to start flowing in those Govt Ministers fancy pens! I think they were told to raise funds. Admission to trading this week coming so maybe there`s going to be more optimism creeping in that the permit is not far away. Yeah saw that last night, declared at 15:57 but according to this site it was a delayed trade so maybe executed in the middle of the session. It has subsequently agreed a �0.5m loan facility with Barclays Bank and a trade receivables facility of �0.5m remains in place and is unutilised. Also, the Group will submit claims for the recovery of 2017 R&D expenditure to HMRC in 2018. (expected to be similar to 2017 @ �184,000.) Plus it sounds like revenue will increase with the new multi channel model, aswell as adding the `delayed` revenue on to the 2018 numbers. Oh, and the �22m Gib contract starting this year!

...on Barclays, these a***holes are raping everyone....as usual! MM`s = Market Manipulators It wouldn`t surprise me if a good % of the `so categorised` sells are actually buys this morning. No way this RNS equates to a 20% drop in company value, but the MM`s jump on the mention of a historic drop in revenue even though it has been explained that it is a temporary anomaly due to the change in the sales model to multiple channels....which is now showing an increase! Funding not an issue and 2018 expected to gain a lot of traction....without the Gib contract which is also expected to start some time soon! ps buys now coming in as I write.

Good, at least we`ll have time to digest it and decide whether its time to grab some more at this low level.....or head for the exits!
