Good interview, and a very ambitious strategy for the future of ECR...to be a multi project producer of Gold, from Raglan now, to Maddens Flat in a few months (not years!), to Blue Mountain by the end of 2026.

Two ways of reading this RNS.

Either they are employing a diversionary tactic to take the focus away from Raglan if it is underperforming...in which case thats some elaborate and time consuming ploy when a far simpler diversion could be 'invented'! They've clearly spent a lot of time on this potential deal.

Or, because Raglan is funding itself and ticking along nicely, they can afford to focus on expansion across four Australian states with 10 projects....targeting nearer term production with the new projects, to run production alongside Raglan, and later this year Blue Mountain.

A positive update on the Raglan performance would give this new aquisition much more clarity, and authenticate the growth strategy.

I can't see them being reckless and just throwing significant funds at something they didn't completely believe was going to increase shareholder value...after all, they are very much 'invested' as shareholders themselves, having taken a large % of their salaries in shares for a considerable time so far.

Wow, no wonder there's been a radio silence recently....extensive due dilligence and planning have taken up much of their time, whilst Raglan is in phase1 production.

Nice blue trades incoming...obviously .25p was too tempting with the Gold price approaching $4900 after the news about the Hormuze straits being open.

Since the start of 2026 there have been 5 RNS's regarding the Raglan project, the £1.5m placing 'providing the Company with the capital strength to accelerate its production and exploration strategy across Queensland and Victoria.' The production underway, the mining plan, and the offtake partner to process the Gold.

The last one with reference to Raglan was the initial mining plan on the 10th Feb, over two months ago.

Disregarding the other unrelated RNS's since then, it's now one of the longest 'quiet' periods for ECR on any 'active' front and centre activities of the recent past.

This has an air of 'plenty going on' behind the scenes, with a Gold mine of activity (see what I did there) to process and formulate in to a clear, professional and legally intact, eagerly awaited update to the market.

Each day that passes is one day closer to ECR announcing how things are going, and I wouldn't be surprised if we get a series of RNS's in quick succession, or one major RNS covering all operational and business activities...very soon!

What we do know is that they have Gold to recover, process, and sell....and that the Gold price is still holding up, currently over $4800 as I write.

These are very exciting and transformative times for ECR.

...that Gold has had a very significant bounce candel on the weekly chart...a brief visit to c$4100 with a strong buy back bounce to $4500.

The $4100 level was an exact Fibonacci retracement level (0.382) from the rising trend which started in Oct '23, and reached the high of £5600 in January.

The Gold market is clearly still in a bullish overall trend...as the basic consensus of opinions of the global precious metals experts still contend.

A brief pullback is healthy in any market, but the fundamentals of why Gold...and Silver for that matter, are strong and still in play....is the decline in the importance of the Dollar as the world currency. The Dollar gets weaker, and subsequently Gold gets more valuable.

It's good to know that after all these years, the ECR Company performance, as a producer, is now pegged to the price of Gold in to the future.

All they have to do is to produce Gold bars, and continue to execute the phase 1 strategy at Raglan.

The first numbers are due soon....the professional operation is in play...and the financial runway is extended exponentially as the Gold revenues roll in.

Cost control has always been a strategy of the current management...so funding is not an issue, with £1.5m in the bank.

Gold is breaking higher again, currently $4670 as I write.

If the worlds participants in Gold trading thought that it was time to get out, just because of some delusional orange baby making a complete pigs ear of it, then the Gold price would be back below $3000...and falling!!!

But it's not...they know that he is just a bluffer, that has no other option but to back down, pass the buck, make his excuses, and blame someone else for his embarrasing incompetent escapades.

The Gold price will bounce strongly after this brief interuption, because as much as he tries, the FIAT currency is in decline!

The Dollar is falling, which is great for Gold....and ECR is producing!

And with all the top experts interviewed on YouTube predicting $10k and $15k and even $20k/Oz Gold, due to the FIAT currency decline trend in the $, and global Govt's buying physical Gold, this has to be a perfect time in history to buy in to a Company that is transitioning from junior explorer to Gold producer, in one of the most lucrative regions on the planet, with plenty of back up funds in the bank, and a tax loss kitty of AU$76m to offset against future revenues for years to come!

A current £7m market cap is the kind of bargain that traders and investors alike can only dream of.

Once the first announcement of Gold recovery numbers come in from Raglan the market will wake up to the potential, and the rerate starts.

I heard that ECR found £50k's worth of Gold in the first week of production, due to some monster nuggets!!

Been watching some videos on YT over the weekend as to why the Gold price is falling during a war!

Turns out that all the Gold sellers are the holders of paper Gold, not physical.

ETF's, algorithms and margin calls are all causing the price to fall.....at the moment!

Govt's around the world are still stocking up on physical Gold, and the long term rising trend is still very much intact.

So it's only a matter of when it turns back into a bullish mood, not if.....and may have already hit a bottom bounce at c$4100, currently over $4400.

Brent Crude having a strong dip this morning after the latest 'musings' of Donny (taco) stepping back from his threats to oblierate Irans power grid, probably dawning on him, after being advised, that it would be a huge mistake.

Remember, these lies and made up negatives do NOT drive the share price....market conditions, the price of Gold, company fundamentals, volumes traded, MM's doing what MM's do, and soon to arrive first production numbers will drive the share price.

The shock of whats going on in the Middle East is having it's effects on most markets with some participants electing to return to cash, because thats how the market works....even at ECR!

But an £8m market cap is ludicrous when you weigh up the position they're in.

- First Gold production numbers due imminently.

- £1.5m in the bank.

- Valuation of plant, equipment, and infrstructure at Raglan insured at A$1.9m.....with a purchase price of A$1m.

- A$76m tax credits to offset against revenues.

- Gold price still way above the price used to calculate potential Gold recovery.

- Used the term 'deliberately conservative' when referring to potential Gold recovery numbers at Raglan, using the lowest example number that testing showed.

- Over 1000sq kms of tenements 100% owned by ECR in Queensland and Victoria, some of the most lucrative Gold fields on the planet.

- Very professional operations strategies, obviously driven by the experts in the fields of Geology and mining development that ECR have appointed to the company.

- Very obvious investment case of low risk high reward, compared to other small cap early stage Gold production companies in the same sector.

So with all that, and more that I haven't mentioned, a market cap of £8m has to be a bargain basement buy!

Oh look....two green boxes, I wonder what intellectual gems are on offer there! Not worth reading because they will be either lies or a whole lot of nothing....as usual.

Going back a while, old bailey came on here asking why Wishbone Gold's share price was doing better than ECR's, because it was at 1p+ and ECR's was only 0.25p, or whatever it was.

Until it was explained to him that the actual share price has nothing to do with it...you can have one company at 1p that is worth more in valuation than a company with a share price of 10p!! That's the kind of stock market knowledge you're dealing with here...utter vacuous clown!

By the way, WSBN just came out with a drilling results RNS that shareholders have been waiting many months for...and they're disasterous....so yet another placing for them to keep the lights on.

So glad ECR are not in that position any more!

every share i've followed, invested in, or traded in the last 10 years of being registered on this site, has always had at least one antagoniser, to stir the shyte, and promote plenty of 'discussion'!

don't get me wrong, i encourage both sides opinions, pros and cons, because it can open your mind to angles that you hadn't considered, and over time that can be very helpful in assessing how much faith you have in your decision to either add more, or scale back your position.

but the goons on this site are unbelievable...literally!

coco the clown has been making up scenarios of doom and doubt for at least a couple of years, mostly because of his 'agenda' against mike w because of some incident way back when, where he got fooled in to losing money.

mike w is no longer a member of the board, but coco continues to fabricate negative outcomes (lies) on just about every aspect of how the future will pan out (pun intended) regarding how much gold will be recovered etc. things he can't know because he is not sitting in the board room.

as for old bailey, well he should be renamed old *******, he hasn't got the slightest clue what he is talking about when it comes to anything to do with the transition from gold explorer to gold producer for a company like ecr.

people respond on here demonstrating full on examples of reason and logic, quoting numbers and showing videos of gold nuggets and rns's announcing results of testing etc, and it seems to go in one ear and out the other....as if its not relevant! then they just change the subject and start again.

most share discussion forums on this site have them, and i'm wondering if they are just paid disruptors, trying to increase the visitor numbers for some sort of benefit to lse!

i understand that there's always going to be rampers and derampers, because they are trying to make money talking up or down their position depending on whether they've bought or sold...but these two clowns are off the scale blatant dumbasses who think the rest of us came down with yesterdays rain!!

just do your own research, read the rns's, watch the videos and the interviews, and follow the gold price and the market cap of the company to assess whether to buy in to this phenominal risk/reward opportunity, rather than being spooked by these brainless clowns!
