Coco can't state a fact if he tried.

I for one am not, and never have been paid for any post, on any of the many companies I have commented on....and there are many dozens, a fact which can be checked.

I have said many times on here that I am a shareholder, I have been building a position in the low 0.2p's for a couple of years, and previously I have followed, bought, traded, invested at chosen times as a practising trader...as I have with many other companies.

What I have clashed with coco about over the years is how he portrays his opinions and assumptions as facts, and when someone proves him wrong he just moves on to the next made up lie and then doesn't mention the previous one for a while, then regurgitates it again, so we have go over the same old proving he's lying again.

For example, he's just said that Canada and Helium were failed transactions!

They weren't, they were potential oportunities which ECR pursued and did due dilligence on, only to decide not to go ahead with.

The tax losses situation....they tried to sell them which is a very complicated legal process, and none of the previous Directors went so far in to the process that they ended up clarifying that there was a mechanism which enabled a sale, previous Directors just thought it wouldn't be worth pursuing. So that's still an option, albeit less likely as has been stated recently.

The best bit is we still retain all AUD$76m worth of historical losses to offset against production profits, which seems to be the plan.

On the past, every investment type has a disclaimer which goes something like.....'past results are no guarantee of future performance'....that works both ways!

ECR have never had the kind of expert personnel on board they do now, bought in specifically to turn the company from explorer to Gold producer....and it's never been closer in ECR's history.

For some reason coco seems to want to put fear and doubt in the mix with his made up 'facts' (lies)...I wonder why?

Oh wait, I've got a theory, he stayed quiet all through December as the share price went up 50%, and now he wants to be the prophet of doom, like Frazer out of Dads Army.

What price did you sell at coco, and whats your target buyback?

Yes that is a bit strange, considering it's half a day today, with a few sellers taking their profits and an exaggerated move on low volume.

It doesn't show the bigger picture here which has been a very positive few days on massive volume.

If you look at the weekly chart, and add a 100 day exponential moving average, this is the first time that the share price has closed at or above the 100 EMA since the middle of 2021!!

December has shown a 50% rise, on 600m volume...those are the data that the market will be taking notice of.

'you dont just buy a licence and next day have everything up and running'.....erm, yes you do in this case, its called a turnkey operation for a reason, it's ready to go!

From the Sale and Purchase agreement RNS just before xmas...

The Raglan Project lies approximately 40 minutes west of Gladstone, Queensland, close to mechanical services and infrastructure. The lease has historically produced coarse, nuggety gold and test pits from ECR's due diligence confirmed recoveries from both upper gravels and deeper bedrock wash. Mining at the Raglan Project to date has been largely small scale with several untested areas and depths within the property area.

and...As stated previously, with regard to planning for future production, ECR estimates that the cost of operations at the Raglan Project, inclusive of diesel and personnel, would be around A$3,000 per day which, at the current gold price, would require production of only around 0.6 oz/day to cover overheads.

Gladstone is about as far away from Raglan as Rockhampton is, just further North. And the rainy days are virtually the same.

So c8 days of rain, average per month, in the worst months of the year is going to prevent them from doing anything??

Come on, those Ausies are built tougher than that...it's not a pantomime they're trying to set up, it's an alluvial mining operation with shallow trenches!!

It's March 2027 panman, according to spedders, thats 15 months away!

Weather in Rockhampton is not as bad as the Northern Tropical region.

Like I said, rainy season is around early Dec to late Feb.

According to historical data there are 7.6 rainy days in Jan and 9.1 in Feb. Then March 5.9 and April 3.8!

Hardly enough to stop production for 2-3 months, and the machinery is already on site.

These are the kind of made up 'facts' (lies) that coco the clown spouts all the time....you'll get used to it, because he's obviously trying to get back in lower.

No money, yet they are about to go in to Gold production in WEEKS, not months or years...just when the Gold price is at its highest in history!

As much as you try to talk this down you are pi**ing in the wind.

The market believes that ECR are in a transformational position, after 20 years they have finally changed the landscape to becoming a producer of Gold.

Many many junior explorers would give their right arm to be in such a blessed position.

Maybe it 'was' lucky to find themselves in possession of a turnkey operation, but the fact is they own it now, and it couldn't have come at a better time.

So kudos to ECR for recognising and pursuing, and getting their hands on the keys to this imminent income stream....before anyone else snapped it up!

Here we go with the king of assumptions.

This is coco the clown everybody, he makes uneducated guesses all the time to create FUD.

Take for example 'the production from Raglan will cover costs'....well here's the breaking news, coco KNOWS how much alluvial Gold WILL be found!!! He's a clairvoyant genius!

I don't reall need to analyse everything he said, because its just his usual made up 'facts', just read his words and ask yourself, how could he possibly know these things.

I think he sold and he wants back in lower!

And as far as being a paid ramper here, well I can't be that well regarded as to be paid, I've been posting on here for the last 10 years. This is a fact, that can be checked by anyone with a keyboard.

Unlike coco's 'facts' which can be logically dismissed without any research.

You don't have to believe what I'm saying either, just read the RNS's from the horses mouth, the share price has gone up 70% in the last two weeks, with heavy volume buying for a reason.

Follow the money.

They also went on to say...

'Operational integration between Raglan and Blue Mountain, seeking to establish a scalable, repeatable alluvial production model.'

So they can't state in so many words that they will be producing in 2026, because they dont know how long it will take for the mining lease to be granted by the relative authorities....thats just being diplomatic and respectful.

In one of the Dec interviews (just scroll back through these posts) Nick Tulloch explained that the process was not going to be complicated.

- They are targeting alluvial Gold so it's not going to require deep drilling.

- There are no environmental concerns regarding wildlife etc

- There are no issues regarding the landowner....in fact they are very happy!

- Expecting to apply for the lease in Q4 '25

So it's not expected to be an extended long winded process. These officials are very busy because of the all time high Gold price, and the Govt is very mining friendly.

So in fact Mr sausages, they didn't say they 'wouldn't' be producing at Blue Mountain in 2026!

For a long time the naysayers and FUD'sters have trash talked ECR on a variety of subjects, now they seem to have run out of deramps for a variety of reasons.

- No placing needed as revenues due to roll in soon, unless they decide to accelerate production some time down the road...at a considerably higher share price.

- Expert personnel on board with proven CV's of high quality success.

- Results at Raglan and Blue Mountain showing good grades and continuity, with nuggety coarse gold identified...suggesting close proximity to source.

- Mining friendly Country with no political issues.

- Proven precious metals recovery history in one of the most lucrative mining Country's on the planet.

- All time high Gold price...and counting.

- No more Mike W direct involvement, which some loved to bash ECR for incessantly.

- All machinery and mine site infrastructure in place for use at Raglan then Blue Mountain...both in close proximity to each other.

- Raglan licence expiry date 'TBC' according to the recently updated website.

- Rainy season in Rockhampton (closest town to Raglan) runs from early Dec to late Feb, with Feb being the worst month having an average of 9.1 rainy days.

- Raglan is situated on the East coast of Queensland, hundreds of miles South of the worst tropical rain forests.

- Near to Rockhampton and Gladstone, both well populated with plenty of experienced workforce to draw on.

- Chart looking strong with high volume positive reactions to December RNS's....market starting to take notice!

I don't know whether a 'recovery play' is the right terminology for ECR's current position, but what I do know is this has been planned for a couple of years...to create shareholder value by monetising ECR's assets.

Directors been taking their remuneration partly in shares to make sure that funds are used for operations, exploration, drilling etc.

ps. all without even mentioning Lolworth!

Had a look on the new updated ECR website, and they have a grid with all the different license locations for projects in Queensland.

Most have a 'granted' and an 'expiry' date attached, apart from Kondaparinga and Raglan...these both have 'TBC' attached!

Not sure where our friend got his info that Raglan expires in March '27....maybe he could enlighten us?

The only risk for YOU to consider is that you miscalculated and sold too early, thinking that you'd hatched a cunning plan to buy back low enough to make it worthwhile selling, by coming up with one of the worst ridiculous attempts to plant seeds of doubt I've seen....about costs around renewing a license, in 15 months time, with absolutely no idea of how much Gold will have been recovered by ECR by then, or what the Gold price will be during that whole timeframe, with most experts predicting it will continue to rise!

Also saying that it 'might' rain so heavily that it causes a flood local to the field of operations, without considering that the team have calculated that the weather could cause some down time at certain times of the year!!

Have you read the RNS's? Or watched the interviews over recent times?

If that's the best deramp you could come up with, I would suggest it comes across as more of a ramp, because it highlights that you struggled to point to any legitimate negatives!

Yeah plenty of free water for operations then....ha ha ha, plus it could help to wash all that alluvial Gold to the surface...win win!

Here comes the deramper with that old 'funding' chestnut, just as the company is targeting self sufficient sustainability with tax free revenues, and you want to try to introduce potential operational costs 15 months down the line?

Good job we have proven experts in place to deal with any regulatory requirements having built successful mining operations before.

What price did you sell at triplestar?

The company has already factored in the negatives, including when they said it would be 200 days per annum of operations....maybe to account for any poor weather.

By March '27 the company will be knee deep in Blue Mountain, with two washplants working!

Well there are always going to be sellers in to any rise on any share.

Maybe some of them bought in at 0.21p for a short timeframe trade...a nice little 25% clear profit just before xmas will suit them.

This share doesn't really need ramping anyway in the circumstances...the RNS announcements are doing that very well on their own.
