I've been holding for around 6 months or more, waiting for the two deals that got delayed, and delayed again, and again.

Then they hatch this new deal that sounded like it might be a winner, over time, but I'm not prepared to tie up funds for an undetermined amount of time, with an undetermined outcome....its all too fuzzy!!

My funds are important to me because I'm more of a trader than an investor, and I can't afford the uncertainty of suspensions, then the huge uncertainty of being listed on AIM.

It all sounds too complicated.

Warren Buffet once said, if you dont understand a company and its goals or direction, you shouldn't invest your money in it.

I've got other targets with VERY attractive short to medium term high potential, like ECR Minerals, who are about to transform from gold explorers, to gold producers...with the gold price at all time highs, and I intend to bolster my holding there with my funds.

Good luck to you long term holders, I may return after all the confusing dust settles and see if I fancy a bite, but at the moment its all too uncertain to tie up funds I can use elsewhere.

Mar '25- £700k

June '25-£1.75m

Aug '25- £1.5m

Sept '25- £4.0m

So they are living on fundraises, no wonder the market has a negative view.

In Sept there was a spike in the sp due to some reasonable intersects, but they were 520m underground!

The sp went to over 2.2p intraday, and has fallen ever since...to this day it is testing lower lows.

So whats the problem?....Uncertainty!!!

With all the confusion about why results aren't being released, and the upcoming 100-1 consolidation, investors and traders are wary of what shinanigans are not yet declared out in the light of day.

There is a gap between 0.38p and 0.45p from August '25

So after the consolidation that could be tested at 38p - 45p, if the company doesn't come up with some material and significant news.

Think about it though, re MW selling, I don't think he would have sold all. When you look at the time he spent at ECR, and how they've got themselves in to a position where they're on the cusp of turning in to a producer, with the gold price at a much higher price now, do you really think he would have sold the lot?

Whatever people think of him, he's no mug when it comes to the stock market, and he truly believes that ECR are going to do well.

Mike Parker and Chris Gibbs are the ones at the centre of the strategy and decision making now, and MW sounds a bit left out. So now he's got to wait for the developments to be announced....like the rest of us shareholders!

If I was in his position I would have sold a few for wages, say 30%, and now wait for the positive news flow which leads towards the inflection point, then sell maybe 50% of whats left at double the value....if there's a nice bounce....then sit on a free carry as the journey unfolds.

I certainly wouldn't be selling the lot at this point, it would be too good of a potential rise, in the circumstances, to miss out on.

Yes, that sum of the parts valuation is the value of ALL ECR's assets as they stand today, not a projection of future potential.

Also I noted that in the 'key shareholders' box, they have Nick T holding 2.94% of the company, and Mike W holding 2.96% as of todays date on the Corporate Note.

So all the claims that 'Doc Holiday' had sold his shares are clearly utter made up bullshyza by the fudsters with a vendetta against him, because he left the company which deprived them of an ongoing deramp focus.

Everything's risky Mentalmax, if you'd have bought Nvidia 3 weeks ago at over $200/share, you'd also be down 12.5% today with the sp at $175.

Also, you wouldn't just blindly buy some Bitcoin without looking at the chart, (they do have an adviser to ask) and the chart is showing a break down through a rising trend line that started, coincidentally, about the same time that Nick T and Mike W took over. as Directors of ECR in late '23.

So you would now wait for price to stablise and wait for signs of a bounce, maybe at a support/resistance level...the first one on my chart looks to be c$75k....currently at $83k.

As some may remember, I've been mentioning the large 'unknown' trades going through for..probaly a couple of months or more. Very large!

So this confirms that someone is taking a large stake.

I don't know enough about who it is, or why etc...but I have a sneaky suspicion that this is being coersed, manipulated, and orchestrated to please a select few. The large 'unknown' buys...the non movement in the share price.... the lack of new news...all leads to me wondering if this is being held back, with all the arrangements behind the scenes to grease each others palms

From what seems to be out there so far, it appears that the SBTX products are making some traction, and opening a few eyes to the potential of different potential.

The relatively lack of response to the TR-1 will play itself out over the coming sessions, one way or the other, but clearly there is interest in SBTX.

The sp gapped up today on the announcement, that means the MM's are playing their part!!!!

I think you're suggesting that there must be a reason why the board have not declared the size of Blue Mountain as a tenement?

Whenever there's been an RNS about whichever results, or potentail JV's on any of ECR's assets etc, the sq km size of the tenement is not mentioned. Maybe its just a detail which is not really at the top of the list of significance, or importance.

Maybe they've been so busy of late that they haven't had the time, or the desire to update the website with those details.

If you really want to find out what ECR have as an explanation then maybe email them and ask the question.

Once they become a producer, and if they decide to use the tax credits against revenues, then I would imagine it will add a very positive sentiment to the markets opinion on the value of ECR.

Tax free income for several years is bound to reflect well.

The market cap of ECR, at the current share price is around £5.5m.

They hold 1755 sq km of tenements across 6 projects in Queensland and Victoria, some of the most lucrative Gold and rare earth minerals regions on Earth.

They are about to go in to Gold production at Raglan, completion of aquisition pending, and are planning to follow up with, the also alluvial, (shallow targeted) production at Blue Mountain.

They are in extended negotiations with Bold Gold for a joint venture to explore the Creswick Gold project in Victoria, owned by ECR.

ECR have done one fundraise for the aquisition of Raglan, and all the equipment needed to go straight to Gold production as soon as it's completed!
