From the market point of view the share price is c50% higher, on massive volume, than it was when you were rambling on about non issues back a few short weeks ago.

Yet!.... but its proven to be there ready to be recovered in the ground.

Infrastructure and planning has been underway for a good while, including proven mining development experts.

Thats why the market can see that its only a case of when they start to produce, not if!

And thats why the market sees the Mcap as too small in relation to potential.

Don't forget, its not all about Blue Mountain, its about the whole picture of ECR's assets, 1750 square km's of tenements, including Lolworth (currently drilling) the JV at Creswick (not finalised yet but highly likely after a short period of due dilligence) and of course the cherry on the cake of the huge tax loss ready to be offset against profits....or sold!!

Stop trying to make an issue of such puny irrelevant points such as where they are going to be able to sell the gold..... in one of the most lucrative gold regions and Govt friendly country's on Earth, with the Gold price at all time highs again this week....and its only Tues!!!

Meanwhile, back in the real world, the market today eventually jumped in to action with some strong buying....again.

When you look at the market cap, with all thats going on and expected news flow, the new expert team, and the Gold price still steaming ahead, the market participants look at ECR as a strong risk/reward buy.

Well ECR have certainly captured some interest, and seemingly convinced the market that they are very serious players now that mean business.

Todays volume has now smashed the recent very high volume days, the best being a couple of sessions of around 140m.

Todays volume is 154m, and just to be balanced about it there were good sells cashing in and taking some profits off the table...3m's, 2m's etc.

Good for them, thats what makes a market...but they can only sell them once, and some of those shares will now be in new hands ready for the inevitable next level up.

Yes, and with it being an intraday RNS there will be some who haven't seen this yet.

This was always the strategy from the start when MW and NT took over....to try to realise value from ALL the assets, sell non-core, reduce costs, and focus on the best potential targets.

Now, appointing big hitter experts at the right time with the Gold price breaking all time highs on an almost weekly basis.

I've got a feeling in my conkers that this is preparing to move quite a bit higher.

If all these unknown trades were placing sales they would be taking quite a hit for their efforts.

Since the placing announced on 16th June there were some volume peaks within a sideways channel move that lasted for 7 weeks, until 7th Aug.

Significantly, in charting terms, this period also saw a defined resistance level of 17p, until the recent drop down to the 14p zone, before now recovering back to hit the 17p level again.

I think that as time has moved on with signs that the Zenakine product is gaining good reviews, and the Axis deal is now in the launch timeframe, the negative sentiment period is washing through and starting to feel more positive.

The break and close above 17p would be significant for many traders just in TA terms, so could be the catalyst for a strong move which would show on the radar of the market and see an increase in volume.

There's always the chance of a retest of the trendline breakout, so a slight pullback, where I'm going to be tempted to add to my position.

Just watching for now, but think its getting close to moving higher in the coming days/weeks.

Of course a positive update of some sort would be a nice kick up the jacksee.

This program was designed purely to show the presence of gold, and they've done that using just a series of relatively small shallow drill holes. This has shown that there is gold in them thar hills across large areas.

The trenching and wash plant results will identify just how much gold is recoverable.

My guess would be similar to yours, somewhere in the low millions.

As I understand it they would have to notify if they go above a 3% threshold, which is c7.5m, so maybe a way to go yet....who knows.

It would fit in with how insti's operate with their position building approach, so maybe the institution that took part in the placing mid June is adding to their holding...placing price was 17p.

Sentiment is changing on the background story, so maybe the market is starting to believe.
