As I`ve been saying for many many weeks now, the issue here is immediate cashflow, and in the current circumstances...the ability to raise cash via a fund raise without further dilutuion.

Yes, MM`s are dropping the sp on the back of some selling of gold...they want some of these at low prices for themselves. Gold is on another bounce this morning so if that carries on then the sp should be re-adjusted back up later to a realistic level.....considering the expected developments here.

Deal talks, or at least `interest` in ECR`s assets, have been going on for some time, however serious or at what stage, with more than one party.....as stated last Sept in the Business Update RNS...

ECR has been approached by a listed mineral exploration company seeking to farm into the project, and although we have not decided to proceed with this farm-in proposal at this time, we are encouraged to see the interest being shown by third parties at such an early stage.

The latest interviews with Craig Brown, with his unusually excitable demeanour, suggests that some sort of announcement(s) are due sooner rather than later.

They are clearly seeking to push on to a higher level with recent statements so lets see what they have up their sleeve.

They don`t produce or manufacture any kind of material item, so have no supply chain issues. All of their work is done via the internet or phone or face to face meetings.
Also, it was noted in a recent article that there was 50 million `extra` downloads of gaming apps in China when they were all told to stay indoors!

Advertisers will be seeing lower revenues across many platforms to do with outdoor activities and sports related events, so will want to push new revenue streams as fast as possible.
This situation could work in Bids favour in that any cautious big players holding back in bringing Bids offering to a `live` status might be persuaded to move quicker than they originally planned.

Recent weekly trading patterns are in line with our expectations, and at this stage, we have not seen any overall impact which we could attribute to the Covid19 virus. The Company's portfolio of partners is geographically well spread with partners from Sydney to Seattle, Blackpool to Boston, and Dubai to Denver. We do however continue to monitor each partner site and its performance carefully.



In regards to stock and the supply of motion platforms and headsets, we have secured sufficient VR headsets and motion platform seats to deploy all current and forthcoming installations. Our manufacturing plant in China is now back at work and is currently manufacturing our next order.

Public health authorities around the world are pursuing a variety of strategies when it comes to testing for COVID-19. For example, Public Health England (PHE) has issued testing guidance to the NHS to be deployed across eight testing centres in the UK. PHE as part of its planning has also invited diagnostic manufacturers (including Primerdesign) to submit tests for a formal evaluation process, which is expected to conclude next month. It is not known at this time what conclusions or guidance the PHE will subsequently give to the NHS for COVID-19 testing.
