I`ve been studying technical analysis for 20 years, and incorporating market sentiment following news to gauge how any particular market reacts to its surrounding environment.
Market cap suggests that the current situation regarding NCYT is priced in, there are no underlying unknowns.
They are flat out, we all know that, but there are limits to how much revenue, regarding supply, that they can satisfy.
This is a fluid situation, so my observations are just based on how the share price has reacted after so many RNS`s.
Like I`ve said before, my view is that the current share price, and Market Cap, is already priced in to the potential of how much money this company can make out of this...its priced in!
There will be some sentiment buyers, but at the same time there will be sellers taking their profits to support their families.
If you buy high, you increase your risk, so be careful.
