Hitthattarget, so why has Akers just agreed a grant of options to buy 50,000,000 shares in DEV at 8p? He`s been building a position since about 2p and already has 35,000,000 shares in the company...doesn`t sound like a pump and dump to me.
They`re only just starting on their journey in to global take up, so why would he dump now??
He`s not a multi millionaire by luck!!

You seem like you don`t understand the delicate machinations and complexities of building a net new ad category, and all it entails.

What is your explanation for claiming that Chris Akers wants to sell his holding in Bids, when he didn`t even know you?
He is a proven successful investor in start up new tech development companies...thats why he has a stake in Bids.

You and your gang (TW) are desperate for Bids to fail, and all Bids do is just carry on, building the platform, progressing in their quest to be the finest programmatic in game advertising one stop shop, and ignoring the desperate bull sh**e.
Good on them, JD...don`t take any notice of the ringmaster and all the clowns...of which chancers has now declared himself as one.

You have lost a lot of credibility if your tipping bids, your either holding bids at a loss and trying to get out or your getting paid by James ramper, the company has next to zero money left, bids broker states, needs money by the beginning of june, that is 2 week's away.

What he means by pear shaped is any kind of positive news and a rise in share price...it`ll mean pear shaped for the basher squad, and you can bet your bottom dollar that they`ll disappear back in their bleak holes for a regroup and a debrief by the circus ringmaster!

The Call Option can be exercised in full, or in part, at any time during the period ending on 31 May 2021 at Mr Akers ' sole discretion.

I`m one of the not so sure. The way I read the RNS is that the two parties have agreed the terms of a Grant of Options Agreement, but it has not been exercised yet otherwise it would have to be RNS`d.
The RNS talks of the `current` holdings of each party, Chris Jefferies 200,000,000 and Chris Akers 35,000,000.
If you look at the Director Deals tab above it shows that Chris Jefferies still holds 200,000,000 shares. I know they (LSE) might be slow in updating data, but until someone can show that CJ`s holding has gone down to 150,000,000 then I believe the actual `option` to take the shares has not completed...the RNS states its an `option`, not a transaction.

Bids are actually generating revenues, and nobody but the BOD knows how much...and, their costs are down because they`re not flying themselves all over to different events, or flying advisers over to meet with them.
Its generally a business that can be operated online anyway, so not impacted to any serious degree.
So now the bashers will jump on the revenues thingy, and they`ll say...its all in black and white, it was stated in the results that revenues are not expected to be `material` in H1.
So they`re happy to believe JD when they say revenues won`t be material in H1, but anything else he says is lies and misleading...funny that!

It was always planned that they would launch in the US in April anyway, so curious timing that the article gets released in March!!!
