Personal Tax and Company Tax are two different things.

When PTY makes the sale, PTY is subject to the local tax laws, which appears to suggest that they have two years to realise the gains or invest in another asset.

The only thing you as an individual have to worry about is how much YOU make when you realise the shares held.

The thing is, anyone with any decency would accept they don't like someone and move on, to hide behind another name, and publicly tarnish someone in front of everyone else...

Investor, Think of a number between 1 and 100. most are pegging low, and being conservative, others are being Bullish (Hi Mickey!!) and shooting for the stars.

There are probably a handful of people worldwide that are privy to this information, and, they reside on boards of NCM and GGP.
