70/30 is the standard farm-in agreement that makes the best use of the Capital Gains Tax laws for Farmed in Mines.
It appears to me, that It is a pre-orchestrated move back from when the farm in the deal was done. based on the law. to keep within the limits for CGT. and why Newcrest need to spend certain amounts of money.

That or they have dropped that link to watch us argue over it, which is something they said they would try and do, we must be due a new wave of nonsense soon enough.
