I studied the share prices for nearly 6 months and drew an inconclusive, decision as if they play like this,
or wondered if maybe, this is just an American thing.

Surely this depends on what the FMV is deemed to be.
It is what they deem to be fair market, not what we think it is worth,

The decline is an exploration “Decline” not a decline for a mine. (It’s how it’s been worded) give it time, and part II will be released of a mining plan (next few months).

The “decision to mine” can only happen once due process has occurred. (JORC2012 possibly?)

But if you listen to SB. The outcome is already on the wall. They already know this will be a mine.

That’s why your seeing 8-10 years work, Done in under 3...

It is the MSCI rebalance tomorrow. That is what all the 1m+ buys are, as shares are being collected by a third party ready to hand over tomorrow.

I expect to see them all get traded at the close of play tomorrow for a few p more than where we are at at the time. but will open Monday roughly in the same place the price was at close.

Dip, This was my theory when the seed was planted. - I am all for BOD having full control of the content that is distributed. will even sign NDA if it comes to it. (not that I expect this to be a tool utilised for sharing information that is not known). leave that to Andrew Scott, et al.

@Micky - I have had a conversation with Both GH, and SD about it, GH passed the buck (he is a PI now, and will be offered a chance to chat again after 6 months of not being on the board. :) Nudge nudge Gervais if your watching from afar!
SD politely declined.

With regard to the board, I appreciate that a PLC is not going to allow itself to be railroaded by some random off the internet, and they have to be seen to be professional at all times, I may have pointed this out to SD during my E-Mail chat with him.
But, I believe anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and this just needs time to grow, to become a solid production, as lessons are learned. and hope that one day that is seen by the BOD as a tool, and they choose to use it as a natural choice.
