Just for you Olda. My sense is most here think that Tlou achieves Holy Grail with grid connection since that opens up their ability to generate and sell pretty much unlimited electricity across the SAPP. Agree ?

Unless you beleive that once Tlou connects to the grid, they have reached their Holy Grail. And everyone will finally become true beleivers again and rush to watch TG part the red sea, divine enormous amounts of money out of an insolvent BPC, scale up to 50 or 100MW power generation in record quick time, with no further need for equity issues to raise cash, and be a key partner and totally central to the Govt of Botswana/Ministry /BPC being able to export power across the SAPP - look out Nvidia, Microsoft, FB, Tesla, BHP and RioT - TG will then be on a hat-trick and on a countdown to world electricity domination.

At least BTS is forcing himself, however hurtful that is to himself and maybe his ego, thinking ahead and realising he will be lucky to get out of Tlou with his money intact. After 10 years of trying. After 5 plus years into his retirement.

When i wonder will the penny drop for others.

1. He filters, unfilters, repeat cycle repeatedly - then comments on what he thinks I have posted. Stupid.

2. Comments on my previous investments which he knows nothing about and how they may have /have not performed and criticised them - having told us about Sirus or heaven knows who. Weird.

3. Says a message board is for discussing a stock and complains there is no discussion here. And to promote discussion, likes to post about his personal life and health. Bizarre and just not the forum.

What was the volume you saw? London Stock Exchange reported 32,000 shares traded so i assume you see a significantly different figure.

Sept 2023: Separately, work on the substations which are required at either end of the transmission line is also continuing. The contractors are onsite at Lesedi carrying out initial work including site clearing and further updates will be provided in due course.

February 2024: The Lesedi substation, which will connect Tlou's power generators to the transmission line, is approximately 38% complete. Installation of the earth mat is complete with the control room currently being constructed.

26 April 2024: The substation at Lesedi has being designed to facilitate expansion beyond 10MW which will be beneficial as the projects grows. The Lesedi substation is approximately 50% complete. It is currently anticipated that this work will be completed in Q3 2024.

Suppliers owed billions because issues go back a long way;

Businesses in cash flow problems due to delayed payments;

GABS = Government Accounting and Budget Syatems;

Minister of Finance acknowledged before Parliament that Govt is facing serious crisis due to inefficiencies in payment systems;

System became excessively slow to the point it failed to process normal operational requests such as ....processing payment vouchers and general updating of the accounts payable modules (unbelievable - Govt saying its own accounting system is so carp it cannot process a Creditors ledger);

These challenges have severely affected financial transactions, especially payments to suppliers of goods and services and the printing of annual tax certificates;

The Govt promise of resolving these issues seems to be moving at a glacial pace while many of us are struggling to keep our businesses afloat;

It is critical these problems are addressed urgently to restore confidence and stability in our commercial activities;

Did you expect near 3 years to build a transmission line and 2 sub-stations, both of which were built in singular progression. Most normal engineers undersand the word simultaneouly. Brad likes to remind us frequently that TG said this about Botswana coals back in early days. Well I wonder if they are. I wonder if this is another of his early day assertions that he basically spun to motivate interest in investment. The reality is Botswana coals are not particularly deep so they have not be subjected to the more intense pressures that Amercian and other large scale coal fields and CBM fields have been shaped by for millenia.

This Coal to Liquids project has been talked about in Bots for over a decade. 2 parties that I know if have participated in the RFP for this PPP project. They are waiting to hear the outcome - sound familiar. And now the Chinese, who know a thing or two about CBM fileds are saying Dont do it becasue the coals are of poor quality ie too loose, too wet, too not hard enough to burn sufficiently hot enough to make the process work EFFICIENTLY. The cost to dry /embellish the coals makes the project unviable.

Never mind any of that - Govt is pretending it is considering increasing its investment in De Beers (increasing from the current 15%). That is going to cost a lot - money they dont have. The country is on course in 2024 to report its biggest ever Budget Deficit - and diamonds revenues are near 50% down in Qtr 1 2024. Disaster is looming; Drought has been one of the worst ever. Money to invest in De Beers or in a PPP coal to liquids project - Zero chance of this happening.

Idiots here do not seem to appreciate the significance of the coutnry being the size of France or Texas. With 2m people, half of whom live in poverty or not far removed from poverty. The economy is small. It doesnt even have a property boom. Diamonds are the number 1 source of revenue - and that is going through the floor. And elections are to be held October. There are only so many sticking plasters you can apply to a patient; and they will only last for so long.

Tlou is going to connect to the grid - maybe - soon. Then it can say it is an IPP. - terrific. Then TG can start the much needed PR about the opportunity in Botswana and SAPP ahead, Great. All the power that Tlou can produce still needs the consent of Govt and BPC to use their distribution grid. Do NOT FOR 1 SECOND think that Govt and BPC will let Tlou use that network at low cost. They will demand several pounds of flesh; and Tlou will have NO OPTION but to pay up. Coz if they dont, then sit back and wait for Xmas 2025 .......

as for nobody agreeing with me - well whizzer and bythesea both criticise the management team. they may be more polite than my posts but the 3 of us are saying the same thing. this stock is a total dog; and when they connect to the grid - how much more time, how much more money, how many more shares are all needed to make it a commercial venture.

when can you all admit it??!! there was a story spun way back by tg and team - the last one i attended was the friday pm meeting in london when tg preened like a pea**** and make assertions and innuendo about what the fantastic opportunity tlou in botswana was. and he has not made any of it come to pass in a time frame and cost profile that is in any way acceptable for a well run company. he has stuck at it so fair play to him for that. but i suspect he is only doing that to avoid multiple law suits from multiple early stage investors.

question for you all - why is it you only want to talk about me and my posts. after so many years, how many of you have posted positive things about the company achievements in recent times ....

This is a scenario far more likely to have truth in it that some madcap fantasy that I am a paid influencer with the brief to debunk the company. Who would want to pay me for that? The company does not need any help with this anyways. Yet more proof that shareholders in this LSE world have lost their minds.

Jeexz Winni - it really is quite simple. Tlou oversold; over-promised; over pretty much everythinged.

And it would appear the only person prepared to call this as it actually is - is and consistently has been myself. Tell me, honestly and truly are you going to defend the progress and milestones achieved here against what they said / strategised more than 10 years ago?

Are you really bracketing yourself in the same space as eg Brad, who cannot get past the TG previous comment that in his opinion, Botswana coal seams were the best he had ever seen ...... Coal seams that are 250m to maybe at most (if we re lucky) 400m at depth for it doesnt really matter how many millenia under pressure. The reality is Botswana coals do NOT have huge weight above them in terms of basalt of heavy weight (thereby forcing compaction) on the pretty shallow coal seams.

Idiots like Brad that claim, for no reason other than TG said it, that Botswana coal seams are the best he has ever seen ...... For goodness sake man - stop and think and question and interrogate ......

Or maybe you are just a lazy twat who much prefers to just keep telling me I know zippetedy-doodah, zippetedy-deeeeh. Cheerleaders - when do you think it is time for you to reconsider that all your positivity, endorsement, support of Tlou and TG might actually be misguided? I think I have been doing you all a disservice in recent times, in that the more i keep posting reasons Why Tlou is not the 'spectacular' investment opportunity you all seem to think it is, the more you focus on me - because sub-consciously you cannot bear to accept that your own investment thesis here was Wrong.

I think really you all need to take a time out and do some reflection.

15 years and counting. 10 times more shares in issue that when you first bought in. Spent quite a few million aussie dollars just to prove a concept that CBM works and can inject 2MW of gas to power generation.

The bit I simply cannot wrap my head around is how / why you all continue to defend an Executive and Non-Executive management team (that you ALL bigged up in 2017 and 2018) as being the people to deliver this project opportunity. When are you going to actually reflect that ...... they have spun you a crock of baloney ,,,,,,

No idea why you would think my posts are more desperate Winni; Pretty sure I have been consistent for how many years now? It was a start up in 2009 when it first established in Botswana; now it is 2024 - 15 years later. Go figure that.

'I need to look at the bigger picture' - Seriously? You are saying that to me, about me. I think you have lost the plot completely mate. Along with Brad. You simply do not seem capable of acknowledging the problems here - why is that.

Share price never changes either. Would have thought with all the good and great news and progress there would be some movement or interest there. I guess TG and CC have a cunning plan for that as well. Difficult not to be on track - especially given how slowly we move along the track.
