It’s an odd conversation going on o this board.
Concerning ALGW silence having said that the RCF would happen soon I’m not sure the company are in control of the time line. It might be the case that GS was told “soon” by a provider, so reported “soon” in good faith.
... I do think an update is overdue.

Seems obvious to get show on the road 1st April.

What you need is a company that is developing a non-correlated investment vehicle. In other words, unrelated to mass market movements. For example ALGW.
They’re very close to getting the show on the road - reckon there’ll be quite a few customers. Also I note the SP has survived very well - but a good buying opportunity right now.

Sold out of this at 23p and piled into ALGW (worth a look btw).
Despite moving on I keep SBTX on my watchlist because it has potential.
Can't see myself buying in again before a 12 month SP high; won't be for 2 years IMO and I imagine the price will be between 3-5p. Perhaps I might use future profits from ALGW :-) wishful thinking..

How you manage to put a shine on this **** is beyond me.

Research is expensive and time consuming. Cash burn needs to come from somewhere over the 2 years or so needed to develop a viable product. Expect dilution.
Nevertheless SBTx now have two or more promising directions to explore with their IP. If their bio product works there could be explosive returns for investors but if you’re not in already, suggest waiting for a sub 5p base IMO.

Yep, there’s not much to say that hasn’t already been said, analysed, speculated, predicted and ramped.
Of course a good time to introduce a new financial product would be the start of the financial year. I wonder if they’re just treading water till then?

And with that rampy, speculation I guess I’ve just proved my first point wrong!

So I’m left wondering what RNS I’m waiting for. Is it the CF, but we’re told not to focus on this. So what is it? Break even? Profitability? Slow rise?
I was Kinda looking forward to a slam dunk just when referee blew for time out.

The main thing is that comms from the company (which appear genuine) do not indicate any problem and suggest business as usual.
I suspect that the AGM will provide the company with the means to progress forward (they’re waiting on us - our vote). I’m anticipating several announcements the week after the meeting.
Punters are always impatient but the real returns here are a couple of years away. Happy to sit tight.

I am pleased to present the annual financial statements of alpha growth plc for the year ended 31 August 2019 during the year the company reported a loss of £644,361 and so the company was reliant on external front raises in the period to support its growth.
Over this past foundational year the company made significant investments into its various strategies as announced. We launched the black oak Alpha growth fund LP progressed are structured product strategy with the development of the warehouse facility and added to the companies internal expertise with the appointment of Jason Sutherland as a non-executive director as well as other key senior management. These are just a few of the highlights for 2019.
For 2020 we expect to be generating material revenues and as 2019 closes at the date of this report the company has approximately £450,000 of cash balances so the group is very well positioned as we move into the new phase.
In this coming year we look to build on these achievements attract further world class partners, generate revenues, whilst keeping our operating costs low both board and I am very excited about our prospects with the team we are putting together to generate returns for all of our shareholders.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have contributed to bringing the company to its present position this far and look forward to a successful future.

£150k very unwise. If you make a mistake and invest in the wrong company (happens 90% of the time for me), when the SP dives you can sell your shares. Imagine having 600,000 shares with the price cratering and only being quoted for 5000 at a time +costs.
