Central Petroleum has today announced that three new sub-salt exploration wells will be drilled next year in its Amadeus Basin permits, targeting natural gas, helium and hydrogen. Two of the wells will be fully funded by a new joint venturer, Peak Helium, which will join Central and Santos in the permits and fully-fund Central’s costs for two of the wells.

Previous wells drilled at Mt Kitty and Magee have encountered relatively high concentrations of valuable helium which is used in diverse applications in the healthcare, energy & power, aerospace, defence and electronics industries.

Today’s agreement with Peak is a great catalyst for a major near-term exploration drilling campaign targeting not only the Dukas prospect, but also two other very attractive sub-salt prospects. The investment by Peak sets a benchmark for the value of this acreage and demonstrates the potential of our sub-salt prospects for natural gas, high value helium and “gold” hydrogen.

London7 My understanding is there will be no prospectus as there is no public offering, only sold to private clients of Monecor. See below link on AIM admissions. Under FSA rulings a broker can't offer pre IPO funding as well as the IPO funding, that is why CSS did pre IPO Funding. They were due to go with a full LSE listing but the rules around a minimum £50 million IPO Market Cap will come in. Georgina Energy have instructed Allenby Capital to be the Nomad, with Aim sub
missions they do most of the approval work before Admission Documents are sent to AIM. Documents were submitted this week, only when regulator approves documents can the formal IPO date can be given. I would hope weeks now rather than months to official date.

Lenin in February 2021 when £1.5 was raised the time scale set was for Seismics to be carried out Nov/Dec 21 with the ground visit now put back to March/April Seismic will follow later. Drilling will be earliest 2023 and will cost north of 10-20 million based on Santos costs drilling close by. Andy mentioned on the latest call they were still looking for a partner as at current market cap they will not be able to raise this amount of money on its own. Please see post on market caps - the potential is to have some uplift of the back of Georgina IPO which has taken for ever to come to market. The AIM submission documents have been lodged with AIM and proactive PR will start or has started see media interview on research. In the next few days/weeks we should hopefully see an impact on Mosman share price.

Mosman is undervalued and I personally think we have it the bottom. I fear Winters has not gone well again as the third recompletion was 19 Dec, why still no news. Now the hopeful.

May 20 was the last time Mosman was 0.08 and it hit 0.24 on Georgina Rns. I have been told 31 Jan is still the IPO date and they are on track. If this is to be delivered they would have to go public next week.

I thought Smart Investor is Barclays. Other shareholders will have to contact their own broker.

My opinion Mosman needs someone younger and more respected to turn things around. JB is in his late sixties and to set in his ways and thinks he is doing a good job. Time for a change now.

Yes if more than 50% of shares are voted against JB being re elected at the forth coming AGM. 2.4% are held by me, there are no registered large holders apart from Monecor 8%. How ever small or large a holding cast your vote.
