Hi QuantumStar I have recently increased my stake to 2.99 percent and am very frustrated with the share price. Georgina Energy IPO has had so many false starts. They have to launch before 30 June when interest is payable on CLN,s otherwise it will never happen, as no income stream.

Rumour is the board arrived in London from Australia last week and here for a month. Surely IPO must be soon.

I think this will be the major catalyst for a re rate

From 9 minutes into presentation discuss Ducas & Mt Kitty. Ducas is next door to Mosman's EP145 and Mt Kitty is next door to GE other helium asset. More coverage is all positive to Mosman.

GE has raised 5million and will be valued at approx 17million. Early notification form has been submitted to AIM unless GE have informed holders incorrectly wc 21 March is finally the go date.

From memory the figure of 300k Australian dollars for seismic study but cant see it Rns. The delay in land survey was noted as reason for seismic not happening, the last interview by Andy quoted March this was happening.

The seimics are required to conduct a research note and update realised value of project. Without this finding a partner will be harder.

There is always risk but Helium is the new buzz, lots of research and momentum to get to 0.025 and exercise of warrants.

At 0.045 which is a 500% increase gives a market cap = £17,303,121
