Even though I hold IAG I now understand all the noise re travel.

Oh don’t forget you need to filll in the advanced passenger locator form… oh hold on that doesn’t work because the manage my booking hasn’t been completed yet with its upgrade.
Now download the VeriFLY App. Now re complete all the same info you have entered in BA.Com.
Now expert Covid app certificates because you need the bar code for the VeriFLY app even though I have the NHS posted certificates but they don’t have a scan code on them.
Now re read what you need to do… oh Passenger Locator form… set up that for me and the wife. Now find out you can’t fill that in until 48 hours before coming home…. Because…!!!

Ring BA Blue line because I don’t know the number for The Gold line because I never bothered keeping my card because I always had the BA App… but you can’t get into the BA App properly because they are upgrading the systems still…
Ring BA because the advance passenger locator form updates don’t work. Spend two hours on the phone with someone who in fairness was very good… just to update the hotel we are staying in… then he says it’s ok you can’t do online checkin anyway to the US you have to check in at the airport anyway…
