Allthatglitters is spot on , Haydale themselves valued this @ 5p when the sp was in the 20,s , Due to the leak they must have felt inclined to reduce to 2p, So where does anyone get the 20p from ??? Its value is what the market is prepared to pay
One has to ask oneself the question - The sp was £2,, less than 2 years ago ,Now in the 2P range WHY ?
Should Haydale plc monetize the tech and demonstrate a sustainable revenue to go cash flow positive , Then the SP could even return & surpass the £2.10 launch price

The " Crash " Started in May 17, Followed by some cataclysmic event ( no one knows for sure apart from the BOD ) in Sept 17, It was a downward trajectory since then ,The SP trade between 160 & 195 for 3 years with a few spikes in between, The operations were ticking along expanding into USA & Thailand no sign,s of implode
FFWD to May 17 an Bad sentiment entrenched itself until September , Something momentously negative happen,s around that time and SP went into self destructive free fall, Hence your astounding sp of 2p today !!!!!

Coming under a bit of downward pressure ,The fall from 14.5p has been a lesson for some, But the valuation @ 14.5p was way over the top @ around $65M
, No doubt SATI & Geremy Thomas have strong well connected Management team , However IMO the releasing of the news regarding a Glass house project with associated cost of around £12M does indicate they going to need to raise funds for this venture, Hence the MM,s can drop the price @ will knowing the chances of a casg call must be quite high , They might go to Institutional for JV but either way further dilution in the next Q2 must be on the cards

With all Due Respect to All concerned ( especially the new edition Mr / Dr TO ) no matter how many Bullish statements or comments coming from the BOD & Proactive paid for tv, Investors have lost confidence in the ability of this CEO to deliver as reflected in the SP which is not only in the doldrums but has been sinking since June 17,The early days we mistakenly blamed our Nemesis Mr TB for this constant decline,However the real reason is the mismanagement of strategy in Bullish statements - placing - no progress - bullish statements - placing - no progress
I dont think Im the only one here who hopes Mr Tom Oakley can start his tenure off with some transparency on financials and operational time frames,I dont think anyone expects client confidentiality to be compromised but please FFS there is more to this than the BOD patting themselves on the back , A general display of Respect to shareholders is also part of the feedback success equation
