The Tasi Mane project is a long-term initiative to develop petroleum-related infrastructure along the Timor-Lesteβs south coast, including the Suai Supply Base, a proposed liquefied natural gas and petrochemical complex in Natarbora (under negotiation), and a highway connecting the main industrial clusters.
The Agreement includes a high-level plan outlining key activities required to mature and progress this opportunity, under which first
liquefied natural gas may be produced as early as 2032β35, subject to concept selection and investment decisions.
The Greater Sunrise gas field, even under optimistic assumptions, would generate revenues only over the longer term, with initial liquefied natural gas production projected between 2032 and 2035, and would not close the existing fiscal gap in the medium term.

Lets say if you are holding 1,000,199 shares, you will lose 99 shares after consolidation so if you wish, make last two digits as 00 by buying or selling.
Pre-emption Rights, simply, allow you to keep the same percentage of voting power, not to dilute your voting percentage after a fund raise as long as you buy the offered amount. IMHO
