Interesting RTO on Amoi .. they looking to RTO into a company for shares £150 million at 2p .

My maths say that’s about 7.5 billion shares to be issued .. currently about 100 million in issue

That’s about 7.5 billion shares for the T/O .. few more than they have now … interesting to see where this goes

I missed the holdings rns for Cooley the other day so now he has 18% and Naughton has 7% .. I’m beginning to wonder if a challenge will come for the reigns from Roland Grain as feel he will settle down as Ardgowan boss instead … watching next week as seems since Ardgowan Distillery opened, Naughton has been in a constant buying position…interesting times ahead and maybe just maybe Rodney, this time next year …

Looked again at the holdings RNS on dis . I missed that Graham Cooley added so now has 18% and today this Phillip Naughton takes his stake to 7% . This is since the Ardgowan Whisky Distillery has opened.. follow the money sometimes as the trades today suggest they are not finished there ..
