Furniture and carpet sellers were the only sectors to report unchanged volumes, with some of the biggest falls seen by clothing retailers and department stores.
Am I missing something here.....
Is carpetright a carpet seller?
I tell you people, the "Market" has got this share wrong...
All it can see is Brexit doom and gloom, and retail figures poor.
This is a recovery stock, and everything is being done right by the company to assure it keeps trading in the long term.
The cva has saved this company, because they acted quickly, once they knew they were in trouble.
Read the reviews on trustpilot. They are good and 4.6 out of 5.
When I invested in companies like Marks and spencer, debenhams, thomas cook et al, the trustpilot review were staring me in the face, and I ignored them. I should not have ignored them, because customers, will dictate the future direction of a company.
Yes the share price is dire, and this does not help the company, but hold on, this will fly eventually..

If you read the article you will see that carpet sellers and furniture sellers were the least hit.
Bodes better for us, me thinks.
"quote, Furniture and carpet sellers were the only sectors to report unchanged volumes, with some of the biggest falls seen by clothing retailers and department stores."
Yes, they ,the market barrow boys, are bast***ds, I agreee.
Down 12% to 8.5p
Pathetic
If it's any consolation to your mate, Carpetright, have an excellent reputation for putting things right, as long as you let them know of the problem.
Tell your friend to get back to Carpetright and to explain the problem, and I know they will put it right, either by compensation, or replacement etc.
Good luck anyway to you both
That's sad for your mate.
Strange though,,, because the reviews on trustpilot are excellent.
4.6 out of 5.
It looks like your mate and you were just unlucky at the time.
Never mind.
Certainly hope so.
Hurting badly on nearly all the shares I have bought this last few years.,, This one too.
Average price 15.25p

I suspect there will be a trading update next Thursday.
I also think it will be a good one. ( I keep checking the reviews on trustpilot, and they seem to still be a hit with customers,,, I went back to the 1st of February 2019, and everything seems to be as good now as it was then, i.e their last trading update)
