If all the shares are issued at the prices quoted in the guardian, i.e 27p and the rights are 15p exactly, there will be another 819million shares on top of the 1122million now.
This will give a total amount of shares of 1941 million shares.
If you multiply these share by 16p this gives a market cap of approx 300 million pounds.
Which is roughly Fridays close valuation plus and extra 150 million from the fund raise.
However, there will be expenses (negative) to take into consideration and also the consideration of the Market feeling happier (positive)about the financial position of Saga.
However, if the rights are lower than 15p because the market is too gloomy about things then this alters the equation again and more shares will be in issue.
