Bruce Ur basically right it's not world's biggest issue, just feel the top brass are paid a lot for what are in truth very easy jobs almost anyone could do. Not saying that in a envious way but running a bank isn't that hard, avoiding giving out too many risky loans is something most ppl with an iota of common sense can do. Ur right too the buy backs will outweigh the free shares.

Wids I do think there is a big issue with the management awarding tgemselves too many free shares. It's not likely they are exactly poorly paid to start with is it. I personally find this continual dilution incredibly irritating.
