Crowcast the trouble with a second poll is that question is only settled if it's again a leave vote. Clearly if it goes remain ppl on the leave side will demand a third poll. This creates a never ending cycle of referenda/uncertainty that are good for no one.

Thank LTI. I do think the company should do a buyback with the funds from staff to ensure against excessive level of dilution over time. I also believe it should try to minimise free shares for senior folk.

Calisto great post but you neglected to mention the state of Germany and dear France. EU is the Titanic headed for disaster. Brexit was a lifeboat.

I think 0.5bn buyback would be fine to cover the dilution from the free shares. And possibly a bigger dividend instead.
