well, as you may know, equity holders are last in line to receive anything from administration. the administrators take over and sells the asset. JSW bids for the iron ore mine, the administrators assesses whether this is the best deal and with no competing buyer the administrator accepts the bid. pays off bondholders (standard chartered), other creditors and if anything left behind after fees etc then it gets distributed to us the equity holders. WE ARE WIPED OUT UNLESS......the administrators can convince the bondholders and creditors to take a hefty discount and leave the dregs for equity holders
