using a 2x multiple of revenue of £4.4m then as of today a fair value is around £8m i.e around 1.7p per share however if you factor in the new contracts (multi-year therefore can count as recurring revenue) which are not included in these results then a fair value could be 2.2 to 3p per share.
This is of course a back of the envelope calc without knowing the value of these new contracts. In any case thus is still a buy stock in my books at any price below 2p.

on a hunch bought in @4.50 and set a limit sell order for 5.00 which just got executed. no great amount but profit for a couple of bottles of wine.

you need to be an existing sh to participate in the open offer. same for the Directors who all confirmed they will take up their entitlement.
Note this is not a Rights Issue where you can trade the Rights. if you do not take up the offer then your holdings will be diluted by c.42%

my bet we will not see 250p unless there is significant news on contract wins

Upon reading the RNS on the turnaround plan it was inevitable there would be a capital raise in order to achieve the objectives. I do agree the BoD got this spot on with the placing and open offer in order for PIs to benefit and avoid dilution.

After scanning through the offer document in the website I am sold on the plans and will take up the offer for my holdings in my HL SIPP.
back of the envelope calc (EPS of 25p and PE of 10 gives a SP of 250p) which I believe is achievable by next year.
It's a HOLD for me.

Cancellation would be a disaster.

maybe I'm mistaken but the point of shorting is to hope to be able to buy back cheaper. Can this get any cheaper one asks. I topped up at 21p and asked myself the same question.
