Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
cheers Fredmcfc.
I must admit I have not done a great deal of research so the summary was a good read for me.
see you in the April final BookyTHFC :-)
I've upgraded my opinion to Strong Buy after seeing the larger trades flowing in.
despite the slight pullback i think this will still test the ATH of 78.50 in the next 2-3 sessions
JMO
Is it not that the trial starts early 2021 rather than results.
pretty sure a RNS logged as those tiny trades are usually an indicator but what news is expected. If just to say the trial has started then I cannot see why this would justify the 30% increase.
what am I missing?
Just took a small position with a buy price of 68.111 however this is showing as a sell.
I am new to this share and did a little research after this was recommended by a chartist friend in Switzerland as a strong buy.
What are the fundamentals for a catalyst to break 52 week high of 78.50?
thanks
tyla,
how the charts looking?
I expected a gradual fall back to the 11/12 range until the next meaningful news so the rise today is a little surprise.
I suspect a little accumulation going on and we may just see the ATH being hit again before year end.
The value being 4 times the first project as additional opportunities identified in the trial period. No idea the value of the contract however it is a step in the right direction and opens opportunities for large scale project in USA IMO.
I am see a steady accumulation of shares and feel that there is much more to come from MNO therefore I still hold for the +20p or even 50p buyout by Esri Inc which is AIMO.
Still under the radar. Up 38% since my original post and I've still not sold a share as I'm convinced this is going into the 20s.
quite surprised with the low volume and lack of interest in this fantastic company.
No credible evidence just a gut fell that news is on the way. Whenever I see a couple of100k buys then it is usually followed by some news. I am still holding for +20p as I can see this company growing rapidly with the new team in place and the Democrats coming in to spend big.
All IMO
New on MNO gone under the radar. Usually take a day or two for the positive news to get noticed here.
think this one will fly at some point so happy to hold in my SIPP till a buyout which IMO is what will happen.
was this news not worthy of a RNS. pretty sure I did not see this or is it all old news just being reported

not fully convinced as yet.
let's see if we have some buys >£10k and more volume
Theoretical price after placing is 180.66 using a calc assuming the price at which the placing is discounted (182.48).
(149m shares @ 182.48p) + ( 49.7m shares @ 175p) / 198.7m shares = 180.66 p/share
I do anticipate a drop tomorrow morning to around 185 on no news.
At this point I am struggling to find some positives and for the first time since I started investing in HUR I am now considering offloading and crystalizing the huge loss.
My only hope is that someone believes there is some value in the rest of the portfolio (Halifax, Lincoln etc) and make a bid if not then can someone plz list me some positives.
purely from a financial perspective, it seems Lancaster will not be viable by spring 2021 if 7z is now dead. I'm not convinced the £70m investment for water injection passes the cost benefit test considering the risk.
BB2,
great question !!
I have been a LTH for a good few years and not traded as such very much under water with a average in both SIPP and ISA of 40p+
you question now prompts me to look at CA portfolio to see the weighting of HUR to decide if I should be switching my investment to CA from HUR
