Yes, they have firsf option on any Gold deposit. The JV is that #EST has another free carry for 20% of gold recovered. At these prices.....crikey.

Also, 14.3% of #EST is owned by Endeavour so either way Endeavour and Est win.

What is the connection with Endeavour? Does it have a JV and EVP appointed as a Director to the company like #EST does with Endeavour hence the post.

Watch the investor youtube video from 4 months ago. In this for $billion dollar plus value. Usually, this is pie in the sky but i honestly believe this is achievable with time which Alex has also stated his aspirarion for a dividend payment.

East Star Resources Plc (LSE: EST), the Kazakhstan‐focused gold and copper explorer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonia Scarselli as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Ms Scarselli has been appointed as a director representative of Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE: EDV/TSX: EDV) ("Endeavour") following

Endeavour's strategic investment in East Star (announced on 1 December 2025) which resulted in Endeavour owning 14.3% of the Company.

Ms Scarselli joined Endeavour, one of the world's leading gold producers and a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index, in 2025 as Executive Vice President, Exploration.

Prior to Endeavour, Ms Scarselli was VP of BHP Exploration and founded BHP's Xplor programme (East Star: 2024 cohort) in 2022. Ms Scarselli started her career at ExxonMobil UK and later joined BHP in 2012, holding several leadership positions including VP of Petroleum Exploration and Appraisals, Head of Algeria, and Exploration Manager for Trinidad and Tobago.

Ms Scarselli holds a master's degree in Geological Science from Università degli studi di Perugia, a PhD in Geology from ETH Zurich, and an MBA from the London Business School. She was appointed a Director of Koulou Gold Corp. in March 2026.

In November 2025, East Star and Endeavour formed a strategic joint venture agreement for gold exploration in Kazakhstan, followed in November 2025 by Endeavour's £1.8 million strategic investment in East Star.

It would be good for Alex to provide some form of investor update Q/A once resolved. Equally, what makes me chilled here is our JV partners have real skin in the game. Endeavour own 14.3% of the company and are on the board so fully aligned with this and equally perhaps providing some techncial support.

Given that Endeavour mining senior team including their legal counsel were in Kazakhstan with EST and Alex the other week just underlines this analysis further for me.

It's an open door for me and with the right JVs and partners, which we now have, then we are at a start of a journey that will simply redefine this company. If the market catches on at some point, which it will then those invested today will look back and say what a ride.

I would digest the below carefully....they are designing a plant to take in 1 million tonnes PA. Work that out on a 30% free carry.......boom.
