Once this rerates and the market catches on then....

New Ventures and greenfield exploration

. The New Ventures and greenfield exploration programme is focused on expanding and diversifying the long-term organic growth pipeline through its operated greenfield exploration programmes, and by leveraging early stage exploration companies operating in highly prospective, immature, tier 1 gold provinces.

. East Star Resources - Kazakhstan: During Q4-2025, Endeavour signed a partnership-style joint venture with East Star Resources Plc (“East Star”), a Kazakhstan based gold and base metals explorer targeting tier-1 gold deposits in the Central and Northern regions of Kazakhstan. Endeavour has the right to earn up to 80% interest in the newly incorporated join venture company. This approach offers a low-risk and very low-cost, phased investment through a well-integrated local partner, into a new jurisdiction that shares several similarities, in terms of geological prospectivity and exploration maturity, with West Africa.

. In addition, on 10 February 2025, Endeavour acquired a 14.3% stake in East Star via the conversion of a convertible loan note. The proceeds are expected to be applied primarily to advance East Star’s exploration programmes within the East Region of Kazakhstan and to assess new opportunities.

It's probably worth taking a look at our new investment in #EST where we now own 14.3%. I'd suggest crazy upside with those guys given their achievements over the last 12 months. Massively under the radar...£17m mcap.

I'm sure Endeavour don't invest in a Junior on a whim.

A very eash SIPP hold. Set and forget until dividends begin to flow through in the future. Get to £50m mcap and wider institutions will flood in.

So, so off everyones radar. Our time will come - once we get to a £50m mcap then we get the large institutions.

I have gone in with my Sipp until this begins making dividends. Total non brainer with the current global supply chain challenges.

Once people cotton on to this it will be the spark for the next industrial revolution but with the North East leading it.

Crazy value and revenue potential to be had. Just glad i found it.

RNS is simply a reduced holding with dilution due to Endeavours 14.3% investment.

Totally agree. It's hard to see any other Junior that has these types of deals done. The nature of the game with this one is patience and it will come good for sure. Alex mentioned on a previous presentation the aim for a dividend at some point, well we may be into 28/29 before that may happen but until this is achievable, it will re-rate to many, many multiples once the narrative lands and is understood by the wider market.

Until then looking forward to locking this one away for a ISA dividend income and also SIPP one too. We can't be too greedy can we but equally when the opportunity presents itself it's simply too hard to miss.

What has Alex got to do get people to realise how undervalued this is. It's crazy.

Expectations is Q1. That could be anytime between now and end of March. Looks at the slides. Either way this will keep on climbing. Absolute gem and story to be part of.

I think it's a simple steady as she goes and slowly climbs rather that pump/dump. The more people that cotton onto the news from December then the penny will soon drop.

I love a stock when there is no ramping and it quietly works away in the background to slowly re-rate whilst the market has failed to recognise the news. It gives plenty of opportunity to join the party early.
