Following further tests this Spring, Vodafone aims to progressively introduce the direct-to-smartphone broadband satellite service commercially in markets across Europe later this year and during 2026 to close the last remaining coverage gaps.

I don't know how they do it but I think Goldman somehow keep the price down to help them purchase as many shares as possible for the share buy back program .

It might be with noting that the MCap was just over £20.8 Billion last month equating to 80p now that 1.2Billion shares have been taken out of the equation.

By the time the remainder for the share buy program is complete that could remove a further 4 Billion shares.

Let's face it ATM 72p buys you 2 x 3.8p divs over the next 8 months during which time a £4B share buy back will be underway.

The next FTSE100 company most likely for a T/O in the next 12 months has to be VOD ,its simply a question of when.

At todays prices 4B buyback equates to 20% of todays shares being taken out of the market.
