Hi Ron. The Allenby projection is interesting and from memory the quarter penny projection is based upon progress but not at the point of successful extraction, at which point they acknowledge the value would be much higher. We can each take a view on what this would look like if the business plan for 2022 & 23 is executed. There's some great posts on this board from those better placed to suggest what this may look like but my personal theory and investment is based upon the possibility of this leading to a 2p+ valuation. For me the business plan is sound but there is risk as always and key hurdles to overcome. The next six months will be key. What are your own thoughts here?

Agreed Teaye. This is bottom end of the trading cycle its been in for some time, so no concern. I topped up yesterday at 7.3 and the obvious thought is in hindsight today would have been better BUT this will become insignificant once we get news and start motoring.

Good question CrossFyre. We're all obviously inpatient to hear more and I listened again to Andy Yeo's Director Talk video from September last week, which left me feeling more positive in terms of likelihood of positive news soon (recommended!). I think from memory he said Baron are likely to get survey results November and so my expectation would be an RNS at some point in the weeks/months to follow, which would be great before Xmas. I'm not personally expecting any news on a commercial deal, JV, etc yet but good news on the survey and then some positive traction in the New Year (commercial deal, update on the LNG,etc) would obviously be great. Here's hoping!!

Maybe I'm overly hopeful but an RNS giving an update this month on the feasibility study alongside the expected update on the mapping activity would potentially be huge here. Or at least one of these would still be great.

I was doing some Reading on the Wood Group last night and even if the LNG doesn't take place for whatever reason, the technological advancements they're involved with suggest there may be other options that potentially weren't available previously. Interesting times ahead...

...this does appear to be the same Wood Group though who are undertaking the current LNG feasibility survey. Have we heard/seen anything further from this yet in terms of outcome, as my reading of the article on page 3 of the Wood report below appears to suggest this has been completed but can't see any reference to dates:

HFB - hope you're well mate. I may be missing something but I think this release re Amec Foster Wheeler is from c.2015, prior to them being taken over by Wood Plc in 2017. I assume therefore that they're no longer lined up for the LNG but would be delighted to be corrected...

PiranhaPires - if all you have done is look at the sp over a range of dates then I'd suggest your research needs extending. Those who have looked deeper know what the next few years may well bring. I will let you look back at your missed opportunity in due course ....unless of course you fancy doing some proper research which may then lead you to dipping your hand into your pocket.

It's a great clip. How can you watch it and not get excited in terms of opportunity and returns for the next couple of years? Yes, this is one to put away in the bottom drawer and just keep a gentle eye on for the time being but the potential here really is huge, with the jigsaw pieces starting to line up nicely.

So more good, yet subtle, signs today. I am hopeful of good news on the 6th. However I'm struggling to see where movement is likely to come from prior to this with little in the media/externally and so many shares in circulation? We have seen little/no movement over recent weeks as expectation builds, so what would take this north of .1 prior to release? Would love to see some real momentum here!
