Yup, really tough market this year - funny thing is though that much of it has been dropped on nothing but hot air from the likes of Trump.

PMIs up everywhere, China still setting consecutive records for steel output/copper smelting during all the trade wars guff yet everything has been pulled down/flat ths year.

@ Inv - The mean size of a sediment-hosted copper resource (which is what we have - the same as the Zambian/Central African Copper Belt) is 33mt.

On that basis alone, and with seven major AEM targets to drill around the T3 Dome Complex, then it might seem reasonable to pencil in the possibility/likelihood of a 200mt+ (perhaps much more than that) resource just around the T3 Dome Complex which is very handily located right next to Cupric Canyon's 400mt resource - VERY handily located if you're a major on the prowl for a big, unexploited and high grade copper resource(s) play for the years ahead and we KNOW they're on the prowl and cash-rich :)

If a major comes in and takes the lot then we're obviously quids in here and probably spectacularly so but following the JV restructure we also know that we can get paid "early" by offing other scoped/NPVd resources to MOD themselves so the other option here is for A4 to get fully scoped out and included in MOD's 2019 Q1 DFS with T3 following a decent raise of cash in London on the LSE listing around October - perhaps that could be worth another tuppence or so to us here on its own.

Lots of options as we've discussed before and we'll have to see how it plays out - in the meantime we just need more copper and so far, so good in that respect :)

It's important to understand how this could/will likely play out imo.

We know that Cupric Canyon had a decent starter resource to our NE a few years ago but then they threw the kitchen sink at it and went deeper culminating in their Zone 5 developing into a pretty stellar 100mt @ 1.95%.

I have no/little expectation of open pit operations at this cluster of seven domes around the T3 open pit but that's just fine imo.

As discussed many times before, the whole point of the NPF contact is that it's flat and VERY wide so decent grades down there (and these latest hits down there are WAY above what we've seen before) can add up to a seriously sizeable underground resource as at Zone 5.

Yes, for sure if we get great grades and widths like hole #4 at hole #8 at a shallower depth then it all helps but it's the full picture that counts of course. Everyone wants 2% at 5m depth and it's just not happening around the world anymore :) Get enough size/decent enough grades though and with a cashcow feeder open pit like T3 to help the overall project economics and it all starts to look pretty good.

Again, as highlighted recently, both Rio and BHP are making good money right now from grades as low as 0.5% and we also know that many of the older Primary Source megamines in Chile have tremendously depleted grades in their open pits and are now capexing enormous amounts of money ($Billions) to convert their old open pit operations into underground operations but they're still only going to be pulling out c0.5% Copper down there but it shows that even at that low grade ("the new normal for copper") it's economically viable otherwise they wouldn't bother.

If we round A4 out as similar but at 1-2% Copper then the future is bright imo.

Then there's all the other domes to come +T20 ...

In a holding pattern whilst we see how A4 etc shapes up over a few more holes imo mate - more time = more copper so c2.5p looks to be the holding area.

Hopefully get the KML AEM results this week too?

Yup, more is more remember. T3 underpins everything at current pricing and it will take a good few holes to weigh up the probable size of A4 and other domes in the cluster but it's all value-add to the T3 plant feed ...

Beat me to it - clearly, whatever is going on (or not) on the ASX they aim to resolve on the LSE in a couple of months time :)

Sounds like hole 8D could be strong, wide and not too deep like hole 3D so assays from that will be eagerly awaited too.

If they wanted to prove that they're onto decent grades on the deep NPF contact then they've certainly shown that and that's the same source for Cupric Canyon's biggest resource so it bodes well from that perspective.
