The TW stuff is just the usual panto. For all you/we know TW *is* Sandabel and he got caught proper short when they cancelled the Sandabel death spiral deal - it would certainly help explain the epic buying at 9s :)

Regardless, as ever, you just have to assume that everyone with any kind of profile in this game is a professional liar and constantly reverse/talking their own book :)

Take note of the cancellation of the Sandabel "facility", however, because it alone is probably the biggest green light for a sustained/substantial SP rise you can get in this game, contrast with recent news at VAST/ANGS et al.

Ultimately, that move alone is telling you that the market thinks this is now a proper going concern on that last net pay drill result and able to fund itself going forward (up-front capex requirements notwithstanding - hence the placing) rather than relying on loan shark death spiral money just to keep the lights on as elsewhere on AIM.

@ wraith - this reminds me of so many booming O&G plays of old, many of ill repute if you bought in after they had already stupid-bagged but which also changed lives for some people who got in early enough and who sat on their hands and let them run their full course.

I'm not an O&G guy as such so I wouldn't have a clue how to value these things but clearly, if you're talking about 10x the current production off the latest drill result with the prospect of 10x even that bigger number with further drill success deeper down then it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise that applying a "standard" 10x to the SP on the right kind of news being seen is easily doable.

Sit on your hands for a few months imo and see where it ends up.

+-10% is neither here nor there to me mate, I'm not remotely bothered where she bottoms out at - it's about the possible upside - companies 10x bagging their production rates and then possibly 10x bagging them again after that tend to see monumental upside :)

Sub 9p looks a stretch to me but wotevs as far as I'm concerned - if this goes right from here then it has 10x bagger written all over it.
