12s is a pivot to the upside here is all - i.e. a nice new bottom to launch to 30s from.

And your price for that additional placing would be?

I'm pencilling in 12s at the mo.

BTW, the multiple-well scenario from Mengo is a great shout - more time and expense of course but 5kbpd is an awful lot of oil for an AIM minnow to be pulling out of the ground, no matter how long it takes to get there.

That figures with my chart read which is pretty much that, over whatever timecale and however it gets there, this has to go back to 20s based on what's currently known and then the speculation to higher prices is on based on further developments, either mutiple Mengo wells over time or an epic hit on the deep Djeno.

Align the ducks and it's got 80s written all over it imo.

Unless I've got this completely wrong then the "downside" is actually a slower/less lofty rise but 20s, from my perspective at least, looks nailed-on just from the last drill news alone and I would presume that's the When, not the If - the If (Djeno) is epic-bagger.

Some of the posts/IDs have given me a chuckle over the w/e with the constant referral to a lower SP whilst completely ignoring where this may end up based on the last news alone, never mind any further drilling success but it's always the way :)

Yes, a handy reducing TR1 just a month before the SP nearly tripled ;)

The fact is, nobody (on the outside) knows who's buying/selling but the more I walk around this, the more it looks like a concerted effort to get PIs out at 6-7p towards the end of last year and ahead of that drill result dropping.

With respect to the "trust" side of the equation - I'd suggest that's the point you should raise when things start going wrong/huge delays, not when they all-of-a-sudden start going very right and real money starts pouring in ;)

Given the size of the placing, the HNWs who funded this to the tune of north of £5m may well be very, er, "confident" about the short-medium term prospects for the SP ;)

There's an easy way to find out though of course - stick a £5m buy order in on Monday and see what answer you get - I'm guessing it won't be near 10p ;)
