I haven't crawled over the numbers but in "challenging" parts of the world you'd want to see an IRR of 30+.
If I'm reading the BFS NPV right and again, check this yourselves but on that alone this would seem to be worth c£35m mcap + cash but that's with Copper @ $3.3 which it's nowhere near at the mo so it's perhaps not economically viable at sub-$3 but there's many others like that out there of course waiting for Copper to fly which I'm sure it will eventually - barring a recession.
The simple reality is that if you're rocking 0.5% Copper (as many older/huge mines are now) then you need sheer size to make the numbers work. Given a sub-20 IRR, the size would not appear to be there to make that so.
Anyway GLA.
