This site hasn't worked properly for years but at least it had the best design out there before they rammed it full of ads that slow it down.

As is often the case, the developer has gone for the easier "upgrade" of a design refresh rather than tackling the fact that the back-end is a write-off with it being ten years old.

This site should have been redeveloped from the ground up at least five years ago with modern tools - it's really not that difficult to do but it would cost money and, clearly, spending money on the site to keep the userbase happy isn't a priority.

I do like a good "Compulsory liquidation" thread - espesh on a Friday night when the mods can't nuke it :)

Obviously highly interesting now - sat on the nominal value @ 5p, a single-digit RSI(!!!) and a new month/quarter on Monday.

If that's not a cocktail for something special kicking off then I don't know what is.

It is a dreadful "upgrade" design-wise.

This white/wasteful of space theme they call "flat" in the web/dev world but our own designers moved away from it last year despite the "fashion" as it's just so bloody unusable and if you don't have young eyes then it's damaging to your eyes too.

If they'd just sort the vertical spacing it would be something at least - I concur, my need top scroll has just increased 500% which can't be right ffs.

They need to allow people to mod their own CSS for this because I can't spend hours per day looking at this, my eyes are killing me already.

I'm a 35-year dev mate - ASP is 15 years out of date, I'm not surprised they can't get anyone to help the single developer they have.

I'd stick red hot needles in my eyes before taking his job - completely unemployable anywhere else now of course lol - I've gone from desktop to web/services to Azure in the time he's been wrestling with this crock, poor sod :)

I don't know how I get to use this site with this extreme eyestrain white space theme - my eyes have gone already ...

Whether they do or whether they don't, the price is the thing - who knows but Sefton is a proper piece of work.

It really is an outstanding play, especially for AIM - fully cashed up at c£10m mcap, funded through to DFS/production for the Rare Earth Minerals resource via Talaxis and cash-in-hand to progress Uranium/Nickel/Cobalt exploration on top of that

It's quite the one-stop-shop for all things electric/EVs too as all those minerals are very much in play for the electric revolution.

I know of no other low-risk/high reward play that can hold a candle to this.
