Remember the Songwe SPAC valuation (in market) will be driven by the perceived NPV of the project and that ratchets up exponentially as the rare earth basket price notches upwards.

Re Trump - he has to force rates/the Dollar down to keep inflation where his banker owners need it to reset their debt ponzi. The US has c$30T of new debt to fund over the next five or so years - they can't do it at 4.5% and they also need the inflation to shrink the debt in relative terms.

Once they've got the Fed to drop rates by 200bps+ to get the new debt away they'll back off on the tariffs as the lower rates will boost inflation instead - everything else is just noise for the dumb masses.

Regardless of the SPAC timing, the market will read-ahead as it always does - in fact, it's already doing it ...

Topped-up at an ATH for me - nuff said.
