Some realisation of shareholder value this is! So if Kamani survives the chop, what's the betting that the company just resumes it's usual comms style - nothing of note until May? Forget Capital Markets day, a credible plan or anything else - just bumble on in the same way and let the stock languish.

How do they split the revenue? Is it straight, fair and clean? Or is there some potential for shady reworking of the figures?

Genuine question (perhaps Hexam can help here, as the voice of reason): If a £100 Boohoo dress is sold through Debenhams (presumably adding its standard 20% mark-up), who is booking the revenue? Is it as fair and straight as Boohoo booking £100 and Debenhams £20?

So far, I'm seeing (and experiencing) a trail of destruction: a share price decimated, making losses in almost all brands, mounting debt problems, dilution and repeated attempts by management to enrich themselves for these failures.

Convince us all otherwise!

Boohoo is a leaky ship. Every time there's disappointing news (and let's be clear, there's been no end of it), it has been preceded by a drop in share price. The Christmas results are absolutely gash. Just like the interims, which plenty predicted. The board will delay and dither until the last possible opportunity to drop them.

This thing is going bust. I hope there's a Pubic Inquiry held, and all the dirty deeds are revealed. No surprises for guessing who'll walk away with the assets when the administrators come.

So, any how many more skeletons in the cupboard? What other disastrous overpaid white elephant vanity purchases need to be offloaded at a ridiculous loss? Next we'll be discovering that back in 2020-2021 the management bought The Millennium Dome, 25 Cromwell Street, East Midlands Airport, Chernobyl, Mario Balotelli and finally, Cyprus.
