A lot of talk that the KDNC JV wasn't favourable for PREM, giving away 30% for such as small amount and also that KDNC didn't have the funds to support.

Could this be the reason for no deal?

Should see early evidence of the Cadence JV signing on Friday, with a slight SP increase when George's Postman & Milkman start buying!

Suspect Cadence need the 20 day extension for a fund raise.
Dave Lenigas has been involved with ZULU long enough that the Due Diligence was just a formality. He knows what we’ve got in the ground.

Everything coming together nicely now to create the ‘Perfect Storm’.

Zulu is the big one for me, but all the other elements, after some challenging times, are finally starting to come to life.

I mentioned a couple of days ago that I believe RHA has been a very cleverly played game by George to grab the Zimbabwe Government’s share. This increased ownership percentage compounded with processing of a potentially higher grade ore and increased Tungsten prices should make this extremely profitable.

Expecting a nice steady rise up to Zulu/Cadence news and then news of RHA production start-up.

Don’t forget news on other fronts could surprise us at any time.
