Why is the Cenkos broker note and target unavailable to the public and does not show in any of the share platforms?

ok this was just a sub-bounce. The floor was last week at 4.5p now we are in an uptrend. up to 5,2 , small correction to 4,9 today and we should continue to 5,8.
I hope :)

only a natural correction, found a support around 5p and will bounce further upwards

Most of these records were sells - at least half of them. I was checking all way through.
