Bioreactor technology for cultivated meat is advancing rapidly at the moment and Synbio Powerlabs in Finland is a great example as it is scheduled to open a new facility this year that contains 6 x 250,000 L manufacturing vessels and IVY farms is due to start producing there, so worth watching closely.

Looks like Switzerland will be one of their first markets and the opening of this new 'Cultured Hub' gives them the opportunity to quickly scale from their current operations at a scale of 10 liters to 1000 liters operations in Switzerland for initial market entry (pending regulatory approval).

Yes now they have their cell media and techniques refined the obvious next steps would be to gain regulatory approval in key markets and scale, which should be a relatively simple process, as other companies have already opened commercial scale pilot plants. If they could maintain their efficiencies at scale then the cost would come down further which is when it would get really interesting. Of course it would be nice if they would produce a timeline of their scaling intentions.
