Not celebrating yet Wobbs Need 146p to turn a profit on this POS 'investment'. Thought I was being clever buying after the massive placement......Pitt they plssed it away on non commercial wells. That's the risk I suppose.
over to you SONA......you've just had the rug pulled from under you.....how about a counter offer (in cash of course) and ophir....never mind a share offer...stop buying all those shares back and send some cash our way
and maybe another 24p in the future. tell em to plss off.....we want it all now

intraday auction, usually automatically triggered by a 10% movement in share price. its to prevent meltdown situations, allows the market makers to match orders, rebuild the book etc
@120p
and L2 looking very strong a lot of buyers out there, lets hope its no another false dawn
Cepsa have a huge investment fund set aside for acquisitions, can't remember the amounts but funding is available and it's all cash.
wobbs just an observation, but if ophir do take us out then an all share offer would be at a premium to the current smdr price. Given the weakness in the ophir SP you would end up with more ophir shares for your money by the back door.
blowing through here again cant understand the lack of interest, could be on the verge of a major turn around here.
Even the 2.7 n 13m trades are massive vs the monthly volume here. Given the sp is 15%ish up during the time they were made I can only see it as a positive, not sure how you would get hold of that quantity of stock without knowing a significant holder though.
Another good day here Odd big trades, a million quids worth is months worth of volume. Looks like some kind of transfer, couldn't possibly be bought on market
Fair enough, as I say I don't usually get involved in any oiler from the old soviet block so I'm not up to speed. The success rate for western companies is pitiful. I see this as a decent recovery play however, not sure you will ever see the heady days of 40-60p again though.
Must admit I'm not a fan of Russian oilers, very few overseas companies succeed. To make it work you need a shed load of cash and a lot of luck.....PTR blew the cash and had no luck. Short term I can see a lot of upside here, particularly after they flowed the vertical section at 100bopd, significantly derisking the well
yep, well fingers crossed i caught the bottom
800k buy not insignificant! bought here the other day, even against the oil price backdrop i can see the horizontal well being a game changer.
one of the few oilers showing gains this week. Something brewing here maybe
think it was 11p on completion, so not much to get excited about really. Completion by YE? how far can you go in 1 hr ;-)
Directors should've sold at 160 Look a set of twats now
