Yes - 'when the rubber meets the road' or the moment when theory becomes reality - then someone will be left carrying the Baby. It's difficult to buy into something like FAR. Getting the entry and exit point nailed can be difficult, and if you get it wrong costly. Better to invest in great companies like Bushveld and hold over a number of years until you reap a reasonable return.
Just my view but I guess it depends on how risk adverse you are.

@Daisydog. If you brought some years 5 years ago or this morning I would suggest that nobody would care. This is not a 'cult' it's just business. Yes market information cannot be withheld but it sure can be watered down instead of highlighted - its all in the presentation.
Cheers

Hells bells. It would seem obvious the Comms are deliberately bad. Why. It’s a strategy to keep the sp down. Why? To allow SA Investors to invest at a low entry point. I personally don’t particularly think this is ethical/moral, but that how it is – IN MY VIEW!
When the JSE comes, then so will the news flow.
There’s sweet FA I can personally do about it, except load up, and wait for what I anticipate will be a massive rerate. That’s my strategy.

Hello
Agree Libero. Next week will be significant. News flow inboard. Shorters will be toasted. Because when this thing blows it’s going to blow big.

ps for all those on other platforms taking a poke at Alpha may I politely suggest that it's a better strategy to stand on the Shoulders of a Giant

There has been a general consensus on this BB over the several years that that the Bushveld company Comms are sub optimal. The question is, does anyone think this is a deliberate strategy, and if ‘yes’ then why?

Hello Pdub
Yes I agree that it's probably Dufero selling down however I think the point be made last night by Alastair was regarding the long term drag on sp caused by Institutional Investors immediately selling down their shares at the conclusion of a deal. Perhaps this is a necessary evil to some extent but as CEO, Mr Fortune also needs to give perhaps more consideration to private Investors who have been carrying huge paper losses for many years. Personally I'm 100% behind what I see a the big picture and use these times to top up when able.

After hours RNS anyone? Tax year in SA ending this month of course. More house keeping before some big news in March would be my guess. The average MM hasn't woken up to the BE story - yet. But thats about to all change in my view.
