Given the paper is 160 odd pages in length, it's a glance that doesn't seem to be anything glaringly problematic that would overly affect the growth of pets at homes Vet facet. They have also clarified that the elements in that paper are all the elements they would be considering so there shouldn't be anything hidden going forward, and out of those elements only some of them would likely be enforced.

I think this should cause a steady rise in the share price now as has mitigated quite a lot of the uncertainty.

Isn’t the opposite true? That is to say if they did know the investigation outcome and it was positive they would be more likely to purchase shares, Similarly, If you knew the company was going to be bought he would also want to buy shares given the expectation would be the selling price being higher than the current share price?
